I'm seeing decent delays with domestic shipping. Most packs are double the average time and one has fallen off the map entirely

Yea mine was placed the 7th of March. So if yours has only been not moving for 12 days than that’s not to bad. Mine hasn’t moved in almost 40 days lol. It is what it is I guess. Fuck corona.

Placed an order a week ago status has not changed from "Preparing package". I know customs and shipping is really slow but a week just to package? Once its shipped its out of your hands and on the shipper but this is a week that could of been avoided, just seems silly when shipping is already taking longer than normal with the pandemic.

Be patient we are all experiencing the same issue, i placed mine on the 7th and i have the same tracking info as you, NL post< still in the warehouse. Try sending them an email... all i got is wait it out.

Sometimes it take a good week for them to get the package out the door. When you’re supplying a massive percentage of the underground labs and gear heads I’m sure they are a little backed up. But once it gets out the door it usually moves pretty good. “Usually” as in before the rona came around. Now the world is apparently afraid of packages from China because they’re moving then slow as shit

You have to understand a few things. You're not ordering from Amazon. There's not a team of workers and robotics packing and shipping your LEGAL items. It's had packed. The stealth, which we never ever discuss, is often times custom made for your pack. Our success rate is near perfect. Also you need to understand that the warehouse is 13-ish hours ahead of you if your EST. So when you order at noon, it's already well past midnight at the warehouse and it won't even get looked at until the next day.
What you're getting with us is quality and integrity. No one touches our selection and quality of raws and finished products. We ask for patience, your business is extremely valuable, so is your security.
I think this is a great response, but for people in my case who accounted for the shipping delays in their initial ordering process only to be hit by another delay, this is frustrating. Now I have to source domestically for the same product due to my current supply running out, even though I was ordering "ahead" of time initially to prevent this.

Sorry man. We can't predict how a world wide pandemic will effect global. We've always been 2-5 days in packing depending on when you ordered, ie time/day difference.
Don't use someone else. They suck.

I ordered an amazon prime item on Monday, that’s a 2 day shipping guarantee item. Expected delivery date: May 11th. That’s the reality we’re in now, no sense crying about it.
