I am surprised there is no mention within the past few pages that at least some packs are stuck due to the pandemic issue and there is likely no ETA soon of when it will continue. At least 2 major courier companies from that region have reduced/suspended service to some of our locations. I know a few might be over zealous in their parcel delivery expectation, there is still a large number of legitimate concerns. N.B I am in no way blaming purplepanda for delays.

We're still pretty busy. Orders are shipping daily. We've slowed some, nothing major. The biggest thing is shipping. Its I little slower than normal, but ALL shipping is slower. But that's nothing tied to us in particular.

At least you’re shipping, unlike a certain big name outfit on here and every other board.
 
Any body from the west coast order raws recently? Can anyone give me an approx timeline on how long it took to land? I know things are super variable lately. Just curious what a realistic expectation would be.

Well mines been EXTREMELY slowed to Aussie which sorry there may be a week but not 20 days. Thats absurd.
 
Its right , worldwide all Shipping is Slower. Here in Europe also .
but the packages have not left your warehouse. i understand that there are problems, but can you find the way to the parcel service? shipping time to Europe 20 days, are your words! please correct your times and indicate when the packages will be shipped.

So what did customer service say when you asked why it's taking so long to actually ship?
 
Anyone ordering these days should plan on 2 months, if it drops faster than great. You have China customs which is going to prioritize medical supplies, you have your own countries customs. If you live in the States customs could hold a pack for 14 to 35 days.

The wait times are irrelevant, the only thing that matters is how to get it past your customs and how to stay off their blacklist. If I knew I could get a pack without customs jacking with my order than I'd order shipping container.

Here's some tips, when you order, order all the same quantities of stuff. 100 grams x 5. Don't order 15 grams or 35 grams, order even number amounts that fill the containers properly so the stealth has a better chance of working.

I'm not sure what the true reship policy is for PPL. Does he continue to reship until it lands, is it one or two.

I'll say this, this clock is ticking, the war on drugs is mounting, the orange man is becoming more senile and pissy and more likely to blame all the worlds problems on drugs as most incompetent politicians do. So get your orders in while you can and make it a good one.

Everything you said is an opinion and not really factual
There's no outbound customs
No one weights the packs in customs man. We can't get into specifics here, but that's not how it works.
You don't go on a freaking "blacklist".
The virus has slowed shipping world wide. That's about it.

I can't speak for sir Loop, but customer service isn't reshipping my pack right now "due to most shipping lines being down."
