Just want to add this as far as tracking updates go...
You can’t really go by tracking on these packs guys. What I’m sayin is the last pack I got (during this pandemic) said it was still in China the entire time. When it did finally update it was at the local post office and I received it the next day.
The entire process from start to finish for me was 4-5 weeks. Best thing to do is try and forget about continuously checking on the tracking info. Maybe look once every couple of weeks.
I know it sucks waiting but that’s just how it is.

And also they may not know or realize how unreliable international tracking is. How it shows it's not moved and bammm... Magically is at your door.

Ship times are all over the place. And we apologise. But our shipper is getting them out, it's the agencies that are crawling.

Me personally, I've ordered enough to have fast as fuck delivery, slow as a snail delivery, CBP tape decorations all over my pack letting me know people have been through my pack, reshipped packs that are not what I've ordered or something is totally fucked for some reason, and I'm sure I could name a few more if I wanted to but I'll stop. Point being, after all the good, bad and ugly I'm still here saying they aren't in the business of stealing your money. Everything has always worked out, except for sak. It's been basically 4 years as a customer for me, maybe 3? We've seen a lot happen with Panda but this hasn't ever been a concern.

50 days is wild. Who'd think a global pandemic might cause disruptive shipping?

General details on the screen shots are more than enough, definitely don't want to include your name lol.

He's showing that he started dialogue with you in early March. I guess we're to assume the order was placed shortly after?

he doesn't loose any "rights" Rob. You guys are the source, which by Meso design (which you were a member for a long time, so I know you know the rules intimately) means you don't make any rules or call any shots or have any rights of your own.

If I was in this gents shoes, I would post each and every piece of correspondence that illustrates the slow as molasses shipping that he's experiencing (minus personal details!!! Like names!!!). I still haven't the slightest clue if he's legit with these claims but if he is the response is dogshit. You'd have your panties all twisted up, you know you would.

I encourage each and everyone of them to show, within reason regarding opsec, what they claim. A source that's not doing anything wrong would strongly encourage that, too. It shows that you and who you work for a diligently working on solving this customers problems.

Or we could watch a potential scam unfold and only hear the rep stonewall those that claim they've been screwed
Ripped was good at this part, all it takes is some real effort, communication that is truthful.

and just so all the newer guys are very clear on this issue, you do not post personal messages that pertain to members. Sources do not have that as a "right" on Meso when the subject at hand is getting screwed over by the source. That's the direct opposite of what this place stands for.

are you really headed in this direction? You have a customer claiming what he is and you're trying to have Millard shut him down?

Did you order through the webpage?
Through Panda directly ?
Or through the rep?

perhaps it’s just bad logistics?
Or bad communication getting the order processed... depending on how the order was placed?
I’ve never had a problem, never heard of someone not getting what they’ve ordered either?

If he'll post screenshots of an innocent conversation, what would he do with more sensitive info? I'm sure, since you think of all the things that get pm'd, like addresses and pictures that neither party would like on an open forum.

He asked a question to which that question was answered. Honestly and with 100% accuracy. Theres nothing to hide here, hence the reason for answering on an open forum. Hell, his original question didn't even need a PM. It's the security issue of posting a screenshot from a pm.

What problems have you had? You asked if packs are making it to a specific location. It was answered as they are. I'm assuming you have a time in transit question/problem?

Panda has never fucked over customers in this way. Sources don't ever get a free pass, but members with less than a few dozen messages get the same.

Why are there regular, long standing members that use ppl and don't have these issues?

You three with these claims, post up your emails with dates and dialogue that verifies your claims.

And I'm not trying to be an asshole here, I'm 100% for the consumer.

Honestly, if PPL opsec is on point him posting sensitive details would only hurt himself, not panda, but I agree, personal details should be kept out of public view for both parties sake.

I get the position you have to take, company man and all. You also have to understand how this looks to guys like me. I don't start in on sources that much anymore, too old for it tbh, but when there is an obvious issue and guys are all saying the same thing it's worth questioning.

Either it's a group effort to discredit, or it's legit. Given covid and other members saying that it's slow shipping, I tend to think it's all good and nobody is getting scammed. Personal thoughts anyway.

Obviously waiting on MB and what he says, but imo customers have every right to post credible documents that bolster their claims. Admittedly, none of that has been provided.

Sources and reps just aren't afforded the same protections as members. It's not your house anymore, PMs are ok imo as long as opsec is honored.

No deception at all, agreed. I still maintain my opinion about the situation and will do so until there is reason not to. You guys are fine.

The PM thing is questionable to me. The source/member divide leaves a grey area, which I happily exploited today. We're not allowed to post PMs between members, yes. But regarding sources, if PMs show wrongdoing that is being covered up by a source or rep I believe that is fair game. I also think opsec, under any circumstance, needs to be followed. This includes personal info of members and sources alike.

With all that being said, the guys that have shipping issues shouldn't be too concerned, there are viable reasons to have these issues in this day and age. But I agree that 45/50 days is crazy. I'd feel the same way you do. And fwiw, I've been there with panda before with thousands on the line.
