The junior members with 5-10 posts saying its been 2 weeks and it hasent left or been shipped.

its common knowledge that it will take longer as of now. How could it not?

In the past when I ordered, tracking for me has never updated and then it waa at my house.

wasn't claiming you were a scammer, you must have missed the rest of the thread.

I've been getting involved because something clearly seemed pretty far off base from the norm, either with the source or the customers. As it turns out something was really far off base, wasn't what I was thought tbh.

I'm like a hammer when it comes to this stuff. I don't delicately tap dance around issues and if that offended you, my apologies. I'd say my poking and prodding was warranted considering what ended up happening.

I have had orders take 4 working days (no lie) and some take about 50days (last one during coronavirus) I didnt get an email but I was able to get tracking from pandamanager on wickr. Be patient guys

I agree. People need to be calm. I think they're thinking we're just sitting on their packs. We're not. While it does take a few days to pack up and get it ready to ship, they're all leaving and being dropped at the shipper. We used to have several options for shippers, but with the virus we just don't or they're taking forever. I don't think they understand that tracking won't update like it would for say international UPS or some other shipper that we can't use to ship AAS. Part of our strategy for getting packs to land is picking the right shipper.

I can't speak to multiple accounts, but I think they're just new to the game. And don't realize how this all works.

and here in europe, i can't do anything with a tracking number that is not updated. or do you think the people here are so stupid and use real addresses? and please be childish to think that only the parcel service provider you use has these alleged problems. there are no extra AAS parcel service providers. Problems exist worldwide. DHL, UPS, PostNL etc. need the same time around the world.

It's clear that some graphs have been used on their thread that have been lifted from the Panda web site. Just wondering if someone is trying to scam with a fake new lab or what?

Dude. He's got 212 posts bitching about his pack that hasn't been delivered. We all know about his pack. Along with the 1000s of other packs that are in transit. So he gets a little stfu. Do we value his business, Yelp. Is his constant complaining about a situation that is effecting everyone and asked/answered 1000 times annoying, Yelp.
