I’m getting that feeling lol. And the last update I got 60 days ago was that it made it to air transport. I talked to the warehouse and the rep and the rep knows about as much as I do since he’s also in the states but the warehouse said they contacted the mail carrier and everything is fine. But suddenly all of my new packages are coming from [PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFO REMOVED].

I guess it’s a complaint. But not aimed at ppl. Just about this whole damn situation going on with international shipping. I have talked to you on Wickr and you’ve been as helpful as you possibly could be. Same for the warehouse I suppose. But you guys have always used the same shipper with every package I’ve ordered and the fact that you had to change suddenly hints that they were having trouble with this global bullshit. And there is a chance that they also aren’t disclosing everything with purple because they don’t want to completely lose business from you. I trust ppl and don’t think you guys would try to pull a fast one on everybody. Just out of curiosity though how many months do have to go by before everybody accepts that it’s lost in space?

Right. It's frustrating to say the least. And it's not AAS, it's lots of things. I have something non AAS on order from Austria, I was told 3 months. THREE!!!

But unfortunately that's the world right now. But things are slowly opening up. Europe is starting to open. Once all the flights return, and the backlog cleared things should normalize.

We're allowed to change shippers and shipping procedures. It's an effort to continue getting packs through. As far as declaring your package "lost", that's not up to neither you or me. You'd need to contact the warehouse and they the shipping agent. If that agent says it's good, it's good. You just have to be patient. It's a bummer, but that's global shipping right now. What would sending you a new pack do, are you going to send us back your 2nd pack when it arrives and you already have your 1st one? Because that's exactly what would happen. You'd get your first, then get your second. Fyi, you can't return a pack to us.

I understand that and I’m trying to be patient and considerate of the circumstances world wide. I just know a lot of businesses are lying to cover their ass right now and I wouldn’t be surprised if a shipper was doing the same to you guys. I realize you do the best you can and what you can which is whore limited in this line of work. And we do appreciate that. I see your point on the double shipping though and it makes sense. I guess in my situation if jay did happen I would just feel obligated to send you payment again to cover the double ship and lovely customer service. But of course you can’t trust my word either because you don’t know me at all aside from “junior member”. And sorry for posting about a shipping company. I just kondof figured as soon as they intercept one package which they do all too often that they already know the shippers used. Didn’t mean to come off as an ass if I did in previous posts or responses. Maybe the tren is getting to me or maybe this bullshit covid19 propaganda is

I talked about a shipper that’s used. Not my tracking info at all. A shipper which customs already knows is used because they’re not retarded. Once one package from each shipper is seized they pretty much have it figured out. Or do you guys think it’s still a mystery to them? You honestly think they don’t already know about purple and the shipping companies they use lol? I had hoped everybody was smart enough to have figured that out.
