Right. It's frustrating to say the least. And it's not AAS, it's lots of things. I have something non AAS on order from Austria, I was told 3 months. THREE!!!
But unfortunately that's the world right now. But things are slowly opening up. Europe is starting to open. Once all the flights return, and the backlog cleared things should normalize.
We're allowed to change shippers and shipping procedures. It's an effort to continue getting packs through. As far as declaring your package "lost", that's not up to neither you or me. You'd need to contact the warehouse and they the shipping agent. If that agent says it's good, it's good. You just have to be patient. It's a bummer, but that's global shipping right now. What would sending you a new pack do, are you going to send us back your 2nd pack when it arrives and you already have your 1st one? Because that's exactly what would happen. You'd get your first, then get your second. Fyi, you can't return a pack to us.
