He did get sent to jail, but he got bailed out.

Exactly the fact he was even able to bail out is what's really interesting to me. Can you imagine him in front of the magistrate when they were reading his charges? And then the magistrate say its only 1050 to bail out?? (120 bucks) lmfaoo i think they would have murdered him in jail that night....

Good for you and the law states to state change but not that fucking much champ. And the DEA follows federal laws which are different from state laws.

But anyway. The guy kinda leads you to believe that everything is done and over with.

I doubt arraignments work that much differently state to state. But you get arraigned you're asked if you plead guilty or not. And then the judge sets a date for your next hearing.

If the da request bail, and the judge agrees, you get remanded to jail. If you pay bail/bond you get released until your next hearing.

This guy gives you the impression that it's all over and he got lucky. You can do up to a year for misdemeanors.

I'm like you i've been through some shit they locked me up... charged me knowing they will try to plea it out... so they increased severity of the charges then dropped 17 felonies down to 1 felony in the plea deal. Of course they let me sit in jail for a couple years and kept offering me plea deals of 30years probation and 15yrs in prison.... the system is broken.... no faith in it what so ever. Do people get breaks, yes for small stuff... saves LE paperwork time.... but 31 vials and raw powder... thats gonna be newsworthy.... small startup underground lab gets busted... raw powders from china... LE loves that crap... thats how they earn respect from the community.. cops save the day...
