I'm like you i've been through some shit they locked me up... charged me knowing they will try to plea it out... so they increased severity of the charges then dropped 17 felonies down to 1 felony in the plea deal. Of course they let me sit in jail for a couple years and kept offering me plea deals of 30years probation and 15yrs in prison.... the system is broken.... no faith in it what so ever. Do people get breaks, yes for small stuff... saves LE paperwork time.... but 31 vials and raw powder... thats gonna be newsworthy.... small startup underground lab gets busted... raw powders from china... LE loves that crap... thats how they earn respect from the community.. cops save the day...

I almost lost 19 years of my life for growing weed. After spending all the money i made and my mom putting foot to ass helping me with the rest i served a few years probation and house arrest. I spent a few weeks in jail VOP'd a couple times over shit that was completely out of my control and one time because of a mistake my PO made. The system in this country is a fucking joke. So with all that being said of course im going to be skeptical as fuck when i hear someone got away with what that kid apparently claims he did....

I'm a member of a lot of forums.. More forums then I rep for.. Only rep on asf... And thanks to cdnguy now meso.... I'm on 11 forums... I'm a member before rep and will always put the community before repping... Main part of being a rep is looking out for the members... But yes.. On meso I'm limited to repping and that's it... But Sometimes I like to venture out

But anyway. The guy kinda leads you to believe that everything is done and over with.

I doubt arraignments work that much differently state to state. But you get arraigned you're asked if you plead guilty or not. And then the judge sets a date for your next hearing.

If the da request bail, and the judge agrees, you get remanded to jail. If you pay bail/bond you get released until your next hearing.

This guy gives you the impression that it's all over and he got lucky. You can do up to a year for misdemeanors.

I mean unless he sang like a fucking bird and even then it takes more time than ops apparent time line.....

Just because its a misdemeanor doesn't mean they won't take you to jail. And again he got caught with that and 31 vials of steroids bro. I mean seriously bro you can't be that delusional.....
