If you are importing drugs (even the non narcotic variety) via international shipping and "they" decide to bust you it is a guarantee that you will be charged on a federal level. Now, if you go through this experience and do not know what government body brought the charges you are simply lying.

First of all the guy provided zero proof that he got raided or actually ordered from me. Second I've thought for a while that the company you rep for has launched a propaganda campaign against me because I'm starting to hurt their profits. Bro i had a friend get popped with less than 10 vials and his bail was 20k. He was hit with felony possession of anabolic steroids and till this day is dealing with probation and court cost. We're expected to believe this is the luckiest kid in the world who got hit with misdemeanor possession of steroids and xanax by the nicest cops in america in a small town that probably has 1 or 2 arraignment a week with the magistrate and got out the next day. The odds are astronomical......

In Florida possession of any amount of steroids is considered a felony. Up to 5 years for personal possession which was the case with him. He lucked out being a first offender so they gave him 5 years drug offender probation instead with adjudication withheld once he was done with probation. All that for less than 10 vials (8 or 9 i believe) and we are expected to believe that the op in that thread getting caught with 31 vials, raws, drug paraphernalia and narcotics which he trafficked through the mail (a federal offense) got a misdemeanor charge and was sent home the next day. Lol you can't make this up.....

Feasible maybe more like extremely unlikely. And i dont know about cali but here they rope you even for misdemeanor possession of any pharmaceutical. Lets also remember that he got caught with multiple substances and they "just let him go" with a slap on the wrist.

Everything is a misdemeanor in Ca now receiving stolen property Check fraud Possession Of pretty much anything under 7 grams but this story sounds really funny maybe dude told on someone
