1st time ordering from ppl, does anyone know how long after bitcoin payment the order is shipped on average? status now shows "preparing package" since I sent funds.
Im sure its about a week or so to prepare the package and ship. Hopefully wont take longer than a month or two to receive.

I may not be understanding what you're saying in your post, but you say you're confused because some item is still listed in a post here?
Meso is different than other forums you may be familiar with. Once a post is made, no matter who makes it, there's a window of 15 minutes(may be less, it isn't longer) that the author can edit or delete his post. After that, its up forever.
To update a list a new post would have to be made.

It seemed to take forever. 2nd time I've had cellulitus. Aggressive infection.

I had an allergic reaction i believe and i had ingrown hairs and swollen and/or infected follicles everywhere and that may have been how the bacteria got in.
That same early morning i smashed my shin on the tub when i slipped half asleep taking a piss. I mean i smashed it. It kept me up when it happened. Still have a bump on my shin 12 days plus later.
The next morning the pain increased. I thought i fractured my leg. My shin was really hot as well. Went to the ER and was told it was an infection no break after x rays.
Was given a script for 2 oral antibiotics. 3 days later things had gotten worse. Went back to the ER and was admitted. IV antibiotics round the clock. 3 different kinds at a time.
Ultrasound and CT scans. After 5 nights(no visits with Covid) i was finally sent home with 11 more days of oral antibiotics. 2 days ago i woke with minimum amt of pain and knew i was out of the woods.
The dr's were concerned. I could tell. Had me concerned.

If you’re going to put out the money for Primo, be prepared to put out the money to have it tested.

On a serious note if using Jano shell out the extra cash for DHL or Fed Ex. Unless you want to wait 4 months for your results. I learned the hard way haha.
