I updated my shipping address on Panda's website and confirmed it updated in the "shipping address" tab. Placed an order and somehow it shipped to the right street address but my old city/state, halfway across the country. I emailed PPL who seems to think I made an error, so I sent screenshots of my correct address from their website. Not sure how something like this could've happened (a glitch in their software?). Hoping it will get resolved.
