SirWhoever is on the other end of the email. I got an updated tracking number today that showed my pack was still in China. Figured it was because of a reship, so I asked, and they replied saying it was the original pack.
So it's just been sitting there? Hasn't even shipped yet? PCOM, as much as I don't like them, would compensate their customers extra product for a 2 week shipping period.
All we've been getting is "a few more days and things will be up and running."
If you want to message me anytime something like this happens I will get it fixed.
