Cool. Thanks doc. One last question if you don't mind. What in your opinion or experience is the amount of time it takes to take an oral and have it fully in the blood stream. I'm sure different orals have different absorption rates plus if you have eaten recently I'm sure would change the timing but on the average what is a good estimation. I guess specifically anavar since that was my initial question.

I take my Anavar about 1hr prior to working out. Waiting 2hrs isn't a big deal neither is an hour here or there. 100% perfect timing is not something you can figure out easily so it's more a large window than a small window.

I also prefer my var 1-2 hours pwo instead of splitting the dose throughout the day. Can't take more than 50mg without getting brutal back and hamstring pumps though.

I get sporadic neck cramps every time I've taken Anavar. Crazy painful and it happens anytime...not even when working out.

Trying to deadlift on var is not in my top things to do lol
I did chest and calves today. Did 10 minutes on the stair stepper then went to the elliptical and both quads locked up completely :(
I listened to doc and some of the other guys and took the 80mg as a PWO. Was doing 100lb DB presses superseted with 80lb DB bent over rows and my forearms were completely locked. Couldn't bend my wrists. Finished that and went to decline bench/reverse grip barbell row and was dying. Had to cut yesterday a little short. If that was the var causing that that's unreal.

I like to do 100mg on shoulder days. [emoji48] #bouldershoulders
 
My shoulders are on fire on a normal day. Can't wait to try it with anavar. Hurts so good.
Oh ya same here. On shoulder days or chest days my shoulders are popping. It's like they have a pump all the time. Sometimes it's too much.
