80mg is my sweet spot but the back pumps at work had me taking a knee sometimes due to it and I said fuxk that lol. I can run 50 with minimal pumps but still get them in my legs doing cardio.I listened to doc and some of the other guys and took the 80mg as a PWO. Was doing 100lb DB presses superseted with 80lb DB bent over rows and my forearms were completely locked. Couldn't bend my wrists. Finished that and went to decline bench/reverse grip barbell row and was dying. Had to cut yesterday a little short. If that was the var causing that that's unreal.
