I have a golf ball in my right quad since Monday! its from POG gear after he switched to Mig oil also. How long usually for that to go away?

1200-1800mgs ibuprofen daily for a week to reduce swelling and rotate between hot and cold on area. Best is to have a hot ass bath for a good 30 minutes and massage the area during bath and after with lotion and then apply a cold pack. Do this daily and should go away soon. I've had a lump in my ass that took a solid month to go away and that was from some garbage test from Euroking many moons ago.

My advice dude......brew your own and in GSO for now on

What is your reasoning behind this? I ask because in my research and from speaking with doctors, excessive swelling is bad however inflammation is the bodies way of healing. Do you feel in this situation given that there's an oil needing to be disbursed that reduced inflammation would actually help the process or only reduce pain?

I've only had to use a nsaid for pip a handful of times in the past, but I noticed something that may or may not work for everyone.

I had a lump one time that lingered a little longer than usual. I chalked it up to a bad pin technique, let my gf do it and she got a little wild with the needle 1.5" deep in my glute.

Anyways, all my boss had was some aleve , and I'm normally an Advil guy. Not only did the Aleve reduce the pain and swelling , it never came back. I would attribute it to just a odd coincidence but I've repeated this several times, and others I've told have as well.

Idk if Aleve is more active in muscle inflammation or what, but it's worth a shot for u guys having issues.

1800 mg a day of ibuprofen sounds excessive. Try two tabs of standard otc Aleve.
