Yes. Then you can buy on Coinbase and send it to your blockchain

They usually limit ur weekly available purchase amount when first starting out to like 150/wk. Once u make a few btc purchases it will increase. Also believe once ur account gets verified they'll increase ur limit n if u link a bank account they will increase the limit for that. Only thing with using bank acct is it takes like 5-7 days to complete purchase. I've been using it for the past few months n my credit/debit limit is 2000 n bank is up to like 10,000.

Took about 2-3 hours for me last time. I freaked out for a bit but it all worked out lol
