PurplePandaLabs Raw source

Alright brahs, did my first shot of that test/deca blend after diluting it 1 to 1 with gso...hoping it will fix all the issues I had the previous week and so far it seems to have helped a lot, although it’s still early to know for sure, it’s only been about maybe like 4-5 hours max...also, rather than go back into my delts again I switched to my glutes for this week to give my delts a week to recover, cuz they got torn the fuck up from the high concentration gear...I can’t even tell I did I shot today though, which is way different than it was before I diluted it. I feel pretty sure that diluting the gear fixed all the problems. If I find that is not the case in the next couple days I will keep y’all updated, but this definitely seems like the solution to the problem.

I feel great now.

Thanks @PurplePandaLabs Rep. and @Samael for taking the time to help me figure it out, as well as anyone else who helped. I owe ya
That's great m8! I'm so glad it worked out for you.
Keep us posted about pip in next 24h.
So far so good

What's your chest day like? Great size brother.
Thx m8!
I do bench bress with around 85% 1rep max, 3 series of 8-10 reps.
then Incline DB press same thing,
Then very wide grip Bench press on smith machine.
DB chest push ups
DB flies ( low weight, going down as far as I can to stretch the fuck out of the chest
Currently i'm doing bench press with 115kg, moving next time to 120kg

Any ideas for improvements?

One thing I’ve been doing for chest is I’ll pick two machines. Usually fly machine and chest press machine cause there right next to each other in my gym. And I’ll pick a comfortable but challenging weight for both and go back and forth and start at 10 reps on one machine and 1 rep on the other and then go 9 and 2, 8 and 3, 7 and 4 until u Work you way down and all the way back up to 1 and 10. Try it. No breaks.

I like that combo. Usually just go til failure. Wait 30 sec then go til failure again on next machine and alternate. Take a walk when i cant lift anymore and go back to finish it off for good measure. This place is so useful for for routines. Thanks for sharing. My buddies only ever wanna talk about deadlifts and inclines. Too risky with my back and really trying to isolate more for that defined 3d look.

Thx m8!

One of my favorites for growth is a reverse pyramid. I'll start out at 82.5% of my 1rm for two sets of 5. 75% for two sets of 8. Then 65% for two sets of 12. If you're using your true 1rm, you should only have about 1 rep left on the first set. Then basically failure on the next one, then the other 4 sets you will probably want a spotter. lol. I just add 5lbs a week to it and do it for 6 weeks. Usually just throw in a few straight sets of incline with 3 second negatives, then one last set with a couple forces reps to true failure. Then finish it off with two sets of cable crossovers with one last set at about a 10rm and rest pause to 15 reps. It never fails to give me some cramps afterwards. lol. Best part is its not really that long either, I do it in about 30 minutes.

Anyone ever get a preparing package to closed status after a couple of days on ppl website, no order was received yet.
Correct me if I'm wrong but on your account page you are the one that closes the order. I accidentally hit that tab when I was checking stuff out but in the long run everything worked out.

Thx m8!

Check out the kneeling landmine press. I do these right after heavy incline presses for 5x15 with 60 secs rest in between. Use a slower tempo and these will burn like hell. For the outer/lower chest area I do elbows flared dips and really squeeze each rep. I’m not a pro or anything but this combo has really helped me.

Well today was quite of a nice chest milestone.
I did flat bench 100kgx12, 110x10x, 115x8, 120x6.

I was usually doing 3 series of 6-8 reps with 110kg.
Then inclinde db press was 4 sets of 10 reps with 40kg dbs, last set was 12 reps.
Thats the heaviest db they got in my gym, but maan those 40 felt fuckin light i could probably go with 50s.
Awesome workout, felt like a fucking hulk walking around during breaks pumped like crazy, i fuckin like this;-D

Hey brahs...

Since everyone is talking about lifting routines, I thought I would share this. As far as results go, this is easily the best routine I’ve ever run. It is a powerlifting and bodybuilding style HYBRID routine, so while it is great for gaining strength too, the focus is still aesthetics. I really really liked it, and both strength AND aesthetic gains were through the roof for me...it’s probably more of an advanced routine, because it is definitely taxing as hell, but since this is a roids thread, I’m gonna assume everyone is in the “advanced” category lol

The routine is PHAT and the one I used was Layne nortons(not sure if there are other versions)...regardless of what u think of good old layne(lol), this routine is legit...it’s taxing as hell but provides very steady and fast gains all throughout(at least it did for me)...I’m usually not a fan of these cookie cutter routines like this that are put out by some well known lifter, but this is legit

Mega Feature: Layne Norton Training Series + Full Power/Hypertrophy Routine (Updated 2011) | SimplyShredded.com

There is a link to an explanation of the entire routine, as well as examples of exercises that apply, etc...it can of course be customized by using whatever lifts u want as long as they fit the guidelines and purpose of each situation...if you’re bored or whatever, it’s worth a read and a try

Is anybody else's browser fucking up because of that pic that @Lilleo187 posted and/or whoever quotes it?

Makes my browser spaz out for a minute, then loads normally. The pic itself is distorted with purple lines covering 3/4 of the pic. Anyone else seeing this?
