You need to.donate blood asap bro. Hematacrit is too high... my guess is that's why you feel like shit. Have you been checking your blood pressure? Bet that's high too. I always feel like shit when my bp and or hematacrit is high.

That's not bad, he won't die. Bloods collected at 9:30AM so probably dehydrated on top of it. Donation is always advisable and checking BP is a must, but to scream the sky is falling about a HGB that is at the high end of normal by most labs standards is a bit extreme imo.

I agree but his rbc is crazy high too so his blood is thick as hell. I would bet his bp is high too. Either way I donate blood every 8-10 weeks. Why take the chance of a blood clot or other related issues.. it's easy to donate.

If u donate 1 pint of whole blood. Your hematacrit will drop around 5-10% from what I've seen. Think I read it takes a few weeks to balance out. I think a pint is all you can donate unless you have a Dr orders to do more

I've never donated blood, but i make sure i always take my baby aspirin when I'm running eq and i feel fine. Dropping hematacrit levels 5-10% doesn't sound all that helpful, but I'm no doctor.

Have you ever pulled bloods? Have you ever checked your blood pressure? Have you ever pulled bloods on eq? Do you know the difference between chronic high blood pressure and acute high blood pressure?

I just started BC and you guys are making me paranoid lol

400mg to start. Plan to bump it up to 600mg for a total of 16 weeks. Running it with NPP as well as test.

Plan to donate blood as well as aspirin for extra precaution

Fuck baby aspirin dude. Just fix the problem... I would do low dose cialis over that. Or hawthorn berry. Or celery seed. Or magnesium glycinate. Those are all better options than baby aspirin. Just donate blood every 3 months and you will be fine. And if you between donations and It's getting high take one or some of the things I listed... goggle them see for yourself.

Thats good some people are more prone to high bp. Hematacrit and hemoglobin are serious shit tho.. Think about it. If your blood is thick your heart works harder to pump it. Over time that can be a problem

Do you guys donate on all cycles(or blasts) u do? Or just ones where u are running EQ
I donate every 10 weeks or so regardless. It's like an oil change for your body lol. I'm on trt too tho so that's why I'm on top of it. Everyone is different dude stay on top of your blood work and understand what every thing means.

My M.D. does my bloods upon request. My doc is super cool plus I'm in Canada :)

Ok if you’re not willing to educate yourself on why aspirin won’t do anything for the reasons you’re using it then why should I?

Aspirin has zero effect on HGB and BP. What it will do a great job of is preventing blood clots when those 2 cause an aneurysm.

For BP, whats your opinion on the wrist cuff type?
i have a standard digital "manual" BP monitor, but i kinda like the idea of the automatic wrist ones.
