Can you please email me again with the title “for panda to read” I’ll take care of it

Just email me and I will send you what you ordered

I will shortly be sending an email to everyone who has ordered domestic in the last 2 weeks offering a solution. New batches are brewed every week and if I’m not mistaken the members who received their vials with contaminants has been within the last week.

what email did you use ? Sevice@purplepanda ?

Umm so I emailed Swole at the email address he provided on here like he said to, and that he would make things right. I said I was the member who made the initial discovery. A woman replied. She thanked me and gave me a 10% discount coupon....

What the hell @purplepandalabs how is that making things right????? @PurplePandaLabs Rep.

@Roger rabbit
Don't go to them bro I got you .
I'm sure they don't even know what's going on yet or just have found out.

Did you find something in a vial? The reason why those vials had fibers wasn’t from the filtering process. It was due to the fact that the vials were out without the caps on for too long and pieces of fiber floated in them.
that sounds worse than if it was a filtering problem. Are they suggesting you're drawing the oil out with a harpoon and a hair got into it?

When you make comments to panda, like thanking him for stepping up, it raises questions. Panda has put people's lives at risk here, and nobody should ever buy from him again

Guess I'm out of the loop...what happened?

To all the panda dickriders, this isn't like dealing with walmart, where panda "stepping up" makes it ok , and "give him a chance to make it right". You're dealing with potentially life threatening poison. And for God sakes, don't sell it to your "bros" at the gym, if you want to kill yourself, that's one thing, but don't hurt other people

Man that's sketchy. Ive used his stuff when it first came out. I was going to order some raws for a Jan/Feb run. Dang

@purplepandalabs
to solve the floaters/hair issue can you PROMISE you'll make sure all int'l, dom, and affiliates will:

1 Check empty vials under a bright light with a magnifying glass to make sure they're totally clean.

2 Check filtered gear under a bright light with a magnifying glass to make sure no floaters, cloudiness or precipitate appears.

3 All bottle dispensing into vials is done in an enclosed environment ranging from a large plastic bag, to a DIY glovebox enclosure to avoid hair and floaters

DIY sterile box for filling vials
After zapcap questions

4 Check all finished vials under a bright light with a magnifying glass to make sure no floaters, cloudiness or precipitate appears.
If they do, refill vials with new gear and recycle/discard faulty gear as deemed appropriate.

@purplepandalabs can you promise that?
Pretty common sense requests, aren't they.

@purplepandalabs is brewing internationally and having a reseller here domestically not an option? Is it that much harder getting in the finished products vs raws?
I’m not 100% sure how sources like PCOM manage to import huge numbers of vials into the country but I haven’t found a legit way yet

Yet you picked a shithead lab to be your domestic brewer, and have shipped sketchy raws to to people here. Hope nobody gets a staff infection and dies
There is nothing wrong with my raws. Every batch I buy is tested for purity and heavy metal contamination

I emailed panda telling him I was trashing 15 bottles and no refund necessary but I would want a credit ion case he fixes problems and I decide to try again--- after all this publicity and drama-- here was the response:

My lab in China is as close as a ugl lab is going to get to a legit pharma setup. I have a clean room air filter and a flow hood so there should be no way for particles to ever float in a vial. My new domestic lab will also have a flowhood and a air filter in the lab and they will also be checking every vial under a light
