Actually, whay I would worry about is fungus organisms in the gear. Sends like thats been a problem with even reputable pharmaceutical labs in the US. Do the filtered take care of that

Sterilization can be achieved through various means, including: heat, chemicals, irradiation, high pressure, and filtration.



According to many credible sources which u can google urself on web, liquid sterilisation is mostly done with autoclave.
However its not that cut and dry as there are some bacteria which are heat resistent and as well some prions, they remain active even after standard autoclave procedure.

A microfilter with pore size 0.2 µm will usually effectively remove microorganisms.[46] Some staphylococcal species have, however, been shown to be flexible enough to pass through 0.22 µm filters.[47] In the processing of biologics, viruses must be removed or inactivated, requiring the use of nanofilters with a smaller pore size (20-50 nm) are used.

Now in our case i would say that you of course need to use 0.2u to filter all debris and particles and most viruses and bacteria.
And if you want to be super sterile then you would as well autoclave it.
But still, it wont be completly sterile, as 0.2u will not filter all types of microbes, as mentioned.
So there you go, we can make it as sterile as it can get in our environment with our tools.

Here's the thing. Can analyzer actually determine anything besides the concentration of the gear, and purity?

I have debris in the vial, 3 pieces that are clearly visible. Is it even possible to determine what that is with his services, and could the oil still test as properly dosed and sterile?

Is it even worth sending? I mean I have fucking pictures, and really don't care if panda believes me or what analyzer says. The shit is in there, and even if the oil was sterile and properly dosed I don't think that mitigates the danger of drawing a piece of debris and injecting it.

I've never sent anything of this nature in the mail, and I'm not in love with the idea of it.

But if it's something you guys want, and feel is worth it, I'm open to it. But I want to be sure that analyzer can actually give any info about what's in the vial besides confirming what I know, that there is debris of some kind in there.

The way I'm leaning ATM, is it doesn't really matter. The shit is in there, and it's dangerous. Regardless of what analyzer says. But feel free to tell me I'm wrong.

I’m with you on this. What would sending it off to get analyzed accomplish? If there is shit in the gear and it comes back doses correctly...it’s not like your gonna pin the shit anyways

The only benefit I could see is that maybe he could tell if it was filter debris. Then at least we would know the source of the debris and be able to draw the assumption they're running the filters too long and there breaking down. I'm not sure if @Analyzer could tell us that though.

The last I read and it’s been a hot minute...was that he couldn’t tell micro contamination. Some had hairs in it so Who knows if it was filtered correctly and then just carelessness was used when transferring to the vials.

Skepticism is good guys, and I definitely like to see that when I’m researching a company because the higher the standards, the better(ifthey pass them)...but the way some of y’all act is way beyond what is actually useful imo...FYI: there are certain posters that fricken salivate and pray for some sort of disaster to justify crucifying a lab...

Much of the flaming is when apologists try to divert from the seriousness of this issue. You obviously don't know how meso works - there are no mods to pull sources into line, so nice words don't really get the message across.

Also, every single post of yours has been in this thread. It does little for your credibility.

i don’t care about my credibility. I’m here for info. I’m a 1 time customer of ppl and haven’t decided yet if I’ll be a customer again or not. I’m not trying to convince you, or anyone, of anything. I joined this forum BECAUSE I was researching ppl...

I agree with you. It is obvious that some folks here just want to burn PPL down and fight any logic that presents itself with this situation. It’s good to have watchdogs in the community, but some of the folks here are probably just pissed because they didn’t get the discount coupon code they thought they were entitled to or whatever.
It’s funny how these same folks will absolutely ignore factual scientific data and swear that their broscience is the law.
I’m not defending some of the shit we have seen come from PPL domestic. But with the exception of recent issues with the Brewer....it seems to me that PPl was highly regarded and had serviced a lot of folks solidly with a variety of products. People who have run labs with their products have consistently seen results that were to be expected.
I personally am not entirely writing of PPL for 2 reasons.
1- this appears to have been an isolated issue with only a limited number of products affected.
2- i can very easily bake and filter any UGl product to ensure safety. (In all reality this should probably be done with all UGl products)

Even major pharmaceutical companies have to issue recalls on occasion. Auto manufacturers, gun manufacturers, etc.
it seems to me that PPL is standing up and fixing the issue pretty quick, and they got on here and shut down domestic production in a timely manner.

Not only was my Elite garbage from Elite contaminated, it was also not 10 mils per mil.

I breed up my NPP and then filtered my Elite deca. The full bottles of NPP are holding 14 mil. The shorter ones are 11 and 12 respectively.

The 2 marked DD 250 are what I got from the Elite deca. I did not lose any in the filtering as the filter was still full from the NPP.

The fuller bottle of DD 250 is right at 10 mils, there was about 4 or 5 left. His bottles looked tiny as fuck next to mine.

The NPP was made from panda raws and everything went good. I made a fucking mess though but I am sure the next run will be smoother.
