Yes sir ultimately feedback from you guy's help us I just wished to have done this earlier.
A big lesson has been learned we can't assume our guy is doing what's right we have to make sure he is no matter who it is.

Very true 100%. @Roger rabbit is one of the most knowledgeable people on this board about a lot of things and he has always helped members out with any questions. I myself have had many conversations with him to try and figure a number of things out. He has always been there to help and has the communities best interests in mind. This is the wrong person to bash.
So I sent this picture to PPL and said I ordered these December 12th. I heard that Panda said I will get a refund if ordered 2 weeks ago. I got a response from a Vicki saying the npp look like they are filled Low and will give me instore credit for 2.
So he admits the caps where left off and shit got in them but I am just supposed put this in my body. I think throwing these in the trash and getting new ones is the least he would do. I would never put profit before someone’s health. I am glad we caught this but I hope there better response too contaminated vials then just giving me credit for some under filled ones..

Said they did, but they did 12 days ago and then said they didn’t 3 days ago. The boys brought out the pitch forks so I think they will make good on this or go away. You know Meso is a tough crowd. Sure would be nice to have a solid go to domestic source. I will pm you. I think it’s time Panda let’s you handle and control what goes on inside Meso. Offering discounts or offering replacements should definitely be handled by someone who gives a fuck. If it wasn’t for you, he would never get a second chance from anyone on here. Do what needs to be done to get that done.

Customer believes he received tren and at this point I have no reason to doubt him he stopped pinning it .

I understand were your coming from DFW if I bailed it wouldn't just be ppl I would be bailing out on but also these customers I wouldn't feel right about that.
But if he's not going to do what's right well I'm going to have to make a decision.
I find it funny that guys will rip apart labs for not having labels, but when Panda started shipping out vials with hand written labels that looks like a child wrote them nobody said shit lol. I'd rather have a color coded sticker on the bottom than a cheap ass looking label tossed on sideways.
It also seem Panda is doing some downplaying here and that's just NOT SAFE at all. All shit that came from this disgusting brewer should be replaced PERIOD! Clearly quality control took a MAJOR dump.
I wouldnt run ANYTHING elite made. I'm not talking just about sterilization. Was it mixed right? Does it even contain the hormone? Ba added? Containing the labeled product? Too many questions.
I agree any business owner who cares about there customers would throw 6 in the mail with a gift and say, “I stand behind my word”! Yet to see anything but the rep pm’d me and said he is on it. I believe he will have an answer for me tomorrow.
