I'm curious about his status as a customer with no affiliation. If I had the time tonight I would dig up and quote where panda himself vouches for the brew kit and mentions somehow entrusting him with thousands of dollars.

I could have missed that certainly not saying it didn't happen.
But I do know he's a customer nothing else.
We still have our domestic raws available.
 
The brew kit is fucked. Listen, he literally gave away location details in his thread because he didn't take the time to protect himself. He is very traceable from that. I'm not sure if he has corrected his mistake but it wasn't a small one being an online dealer.

If I was a competing raw dealer I'd turn him in to local LE fast as fuck. Remove the new guy with low prices wicked fucking quick that way.

But I'm not a competing dealer, so....
 
Just to update,

I have been offered a refund for the oil I purchased international. They also asked for the batch number to check other vials.

As far as I'm concerned, this was the best outcome.

While the gear of recent has been questionable, I will say the effort to have quality customer service has been good.

My first draw to Panda was how he had handled issues on Reddit. He acted exactly how he should have. I felt he was slow with this one but it was widespread and during Christmas time, those two factors will slow down reaction time for sure. Lots of double checking customers order info for sure...

He's a good guy himself how many sources has anyone seen give refunds?
Usually it's a big excuse and maybe a store credit some just bounce altogether.

Sounds a bit like dejavu, but you're definitely the standup guy when it comes to panda's reps.

Is there any chance the crap in the international orders occurred because they were sent from domestic?
