Just to update,
I have been offered a refund for the oil I purchased international. They also asked for the batch number to check other vials.
As far as I'm concerned, this was the best outcome.
While the gear of recent has been questionable, I will say the effort to have quality customer service has been good.
You're lucky, I was offered nothing. What was your batch number on your vials was it the same as mine like you had thought earlier?
