Well guys, I wanted to tell you what transpired the last few days with PPL and myself. To make a long story short, I got a full refund on all 6 vials I ordered because one had a plastic clear strand in it and met the date criteria. Not because Panda wanted to but because the
@PurplePandaLabs Rep. helped me out. At first they wanted to do instore credit for two vial because the fill levels were low.. I told the rep what was going on and soon got a full refund. Understand that some of you won’t get a refund and some people are saying there liquid orals have filter matter in them. Obviously stupidity on that kids part. This has been a shitty situation for all of us. However it’s also been a great learning experience to that we need to be a lot more cautious with labs and the vetting of them. I posted the email below for proof. Honestly I may or may not be a customer of PPL again but all I want to say is the rep is solid as fuck in my book. He has taken the brunt of this shit storm and stuck it out.. why? I have no idea. I would have told Panda to take care of it and found something else to do with my time. Thanks for the help Rep.
