You’re right you don’t manufacture or redistribute but you also use some type of mail carrier to deliver illegal drugs. A large enough stash of gear just like any other drug could also warrant intent to distribute. About like having a pound of bud in one bag...they’re gonna hit you for distribution regardless if it’s for personal use.

Edit**the main thing is to remain anonymous as possible. Some things can’t be helped such as shipping addresses etc. but at the same time why put yourself at risk?
