PPL's semi-finished oils are filtered. At least that is the claim on the site. I also tested this recently by filtering an entire 100ml container through a single syringe filter, though I used a vacuum pump instead of a syringe. If it had been unfiltered, the syringe filter would have clogged long before it passed the entire 100ml.
As far as I can tell the only difference in finished and semi-finished is the container. The semi-finished container is 100ml, and is unsuitable for filling syringes, so you have to transfer it to something that is. That can be rather complicated if you don't have a hood, since the 100ml container can't be drained easily without opening it to the atmosphere.

I know who you're talking about. He has not been fired. He's still a rep, not here obviously. And he's not a complete idiot or a retard. He's actually a good person and my friend. He's been going through some extremely difficult life challenges that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I'm not familiar with the domestic issues so I can't really comment on that situation. But, it sounds like he was just being a salesman.
No comment as I never met this rep, however seems like everyone goes through hard times and everyone will have their bad days, even months. I know he is on SST now though, I've never had a conversation with him yet.

Until I see otherwise I don't believe one bit that domestic raws are ever coming back. There's not enough money in them for the trouble.
They keep alluding to them to keep people coming back to check.
I used to only deal with panda exclusively but the inconsistent domestic shipping times took my business elsewhere.

Don't worry brother! Most of our domestic raws are coming back, except we are only going to offer the basics (Test, Tren, Deca, NPP, Mast, Winny, Var, etc) and they're only going to be sold in 50g increments. Sorry, I can't give you an exact date yet, but we are preparing a shipment the next coming week.
Our finished products have all been tested before being put on the website so you shouldn't have to worry about the quality.
I will not overstep and pretend like I know how domestic products were shipped to you before - as I was not a rep then. However, I can assure you that when domestic raws make their come back, there will be no issues with shipping time; I also apologize for any past issues on Panda's behalf. Thanks!
