I performed some measurements last night with the micro scoops

All measurements done with the A&D Newton EJ-303.
All scoops using big side, level and not packed and multiple measurement to compare scoops:

Tretinoin: Orange scoop 4mg (this is the topical solution that is like retinol-a)

I am on the search for a slightly larger scoop that is a common scoop, for the Telmisartan and TUDCA..

on a sidenote, if anybody purchases the telmisartan raws. make sure that you have plenty of silicia gel packs. this raw really absorbs moisture like crazy.

Is Tretinoin a good alternative to accutane? Any sides when applied topically?

I have never personally Accutane. I have thought about it, but after reading the potential sides, I decided not to go the accurane route.

I've had a pretty good protocol that's kept most of my acne at bay; however, NPP seems to give me more of an acne so I decided to try the tretinoin.

So far it is seem to be a good solution for me.
- My first couple days no noticeable difference whatsoever.
- Day three or four my acne seem to get inflamed and stand out more noticable.
- Within a week my acne started decreasing and some of the larger ones, pus started oosing out on its own.
- at that point I started spot treating versus covering large areas.

Side effects.
- Your skin will start to peel like a sunburn.
- this is supposed to happen to expose a fresh layer of skin.
- This fresh layer of exposed skin is very sensitive for about a week.
- Any alcohol-based product will burn like hell
- Salt exfoliation will burn like hell
- The freshly exposed skin is more sensitive to sunlight
- it is easy to get the tretinoin solution to other parts of your body without realizing it.

I see you are using berberine, by chance have you tried their metformin?
I’ve used metformin for years and would prefer to stick with that instead of trying berberine.

I have not used metformin yet. So far berberine has been good to me, so I'm sticking with it.

That's ideal and will work for a lot of people, but it won't for everyone. It's not really that different from alcoholism, for example - if you get those good habits and stick to them 100% you'll be fine, but it's really easy to slip. Maybe more so with obesity, since eating and weight gain are survival-driven and the body really wants you to get back to that set point.

its not survival driven, we arent dogs that don't have a satiety effect.
people eat high quantities of calorie dense foods while not exercising, mostly processed carbs which don't really fill you.
its just a matter of self discipline and obese people just dont have any discipline. thats it.
