Yes, diet and exercise are great, people should do them, but going from metabolically unhealthy to metabolically healthy is categorically an improvement regardless of how its achieved.
I am starting to get sick of this shit on this forum. Shut the fuck up about fat people and fucking train already.
As a former fat ass, I cut down to ~7% recently according to a DEXA scan. I *still* had fat deposits in my lower abdomen, my lower back, and a bit under my chest all while being veiny as hell everywhere else. On a bulk presently and around 9%, probably will begin cutting again before I reach 12%. I figure I need to hit 5% or so get rid of that last bit of fat. From there, I'll likely need to get some excess skin removed.
