The "lose everything" fables are what politicians tell their constituents to make them feel better about a nine month wait to see a specialist for their intractable pain "for free", while they see a private doc within a week.

Private insurance, medicare, medicaid, chip, the number of uncovered citizens is in the low single digits and even they have options.

Having children/being born is a god given right. Utilizing the labor of others that have dedicated their life training to practice medicine on the other hand is not. No one is entitled to some one else's labor for free. If you don't want to pay to have medical doctors and nurses around for your child birth that is your prerogative. If you wish to utilize their training and expertise then pay up. pretty simple.

I tested them myself in the lab i work in. Its a lab within a company. I didn't generate a COA as they are all numbered and need to be signed off by someone other than the person performing the test.

This was a once off and I have only done it on one batch of each drug so bare that in mind.
