Send a message and ask for your tracking number and also ask them for the numbers codes or whatever it is you need to identify your order and they will tell you.. I do this everytime and works great. I have all the information I need before the pack arrives

Wow. This is a problem apparently.. eu warehouse needs to get there shit together there is a issue if multiple ppl saying this.
EU warehouse service is excellent and fast. We keep dealing with people who aren't able to read well the SKU and always thinking they are missing a product or so. It happens to some of them to get their packs open by their wives, stolen by neighbours, come blame the source later.
Some of them don't understand that we have two warehouses and packs can come seperate from two locations, so when they receive the first one, they think they are shorted.
If an item is missing, we check the system, it's all recorded, we've been doing this here for 3 years, and we are using the same system for overseas warehouses including USA ones, Canada, EU ones and Australian ones.
When it's confirmed, we refund or credit, or ship what's missing. Rare to happen, but it happens.
We also deal with reverse scammers thinking we will believe their word, who continuously claim to get shorted products, and always not able to prove it, in all countries, it's just human nature.
It's well known in every business, that's why if someone have a claim, he needs to provide proof.
 
The procedure of filming your packs while opening is nothing new, no one is just going to take your word for it. This isn't Walmart. It's not a problem if you're doing your due diligence.
