If you use the entire vial within the next few days, you’ll probably be ok. But sterile water does not prevent bacterial growth like bac water does.

Better if the sterile water Is in a bottle with the rubber cap, but you can reconstitute hgh straight with sterile water but be carefull of sterile procedure to don't get any infection

No problem i always use sterile water for injection sometimes a vial last for 10 days never had pip or red injection spots

Only use bac with things like mt2 or sema when a vial last a few weeks

Not just use a open vial i need to be sterile
Never clean your needle its already sterile
Bac water is 0.9% bac not 10%

What you can you i but a vial sterile water en add 0.9% BA with a filter into your sterile water
