I remember guys would look for some antihistamine called cyproheptadine. It has an off label use for increasing appetite. Problem is being an antihistamine it also can make you sleepy so may not be worth it.

MGA (megestrol acetate) works especially well for this purpose. It's kinda pricey, but some Indian pharmacies sell it. Medically its used for anorexics and people with wasting conditions.

I found out about it from one of the guests on one of the many podcasts I listen to but I can't recall which one specifically now.

I am wondering if these GLP-1 drugs will lose the appetite suppression effect after an extended period of time. I know this has been an issue with other appetite suppressors of old. If you are on them for years, the body would eventually adapt and the appetite suppression effect would lessen.

tirz maz and cagri feel entirely different to me and I dont know if im just super sensitive but i have havent had an issue. I would say its almost all mental to me, the physical supression of hunger in the gi only seems to come into effect when i get to the second tier of dosing. I just use these so i dont feel hunger at night.
