Got my first deer of the season yesterday! She’s a big girl

No turkey yet this year, Might have to just buy one :(

Nice bro. This weekend was start of season here. I have so much protein now. Macros of deer are badass.
I tell people if you've got $2k a month you can be comfortable. It boggles my mind to see people scratching out an existence on social security when this is an option.

If you've got $4k it's the equivalent lifestyle to making $300,000 in NYC.

If you've got $100k+ coming in Thailand becomes a "billionaire simulator" in terms of comparative lifestyle to the US.

Thailand strictly enforces immigration law (too many hippies who never leave), but you can get permanent residency by buying a condo, which are cheap. Or if you're 50+ and can prove you have a $1600/mo income or $20k in the bank you can get it. Finally you can just buy a Thai Elite Visa from 5-20 years long, with some of them giving you a personal escort bypassing immigration every time you fly in, then a limo ride to your home.

I know young guys from the US with military or workers comp disability checks who've set themselves up nicely, but have to take a bus across the border and back once every 90 days to renew their stay.

Buddy just bought a brand new loft to rent out, similar to this, in a cool, hip district, 30 foot ceilings, near the top of the tall building with awesome views. pool, for $150,000 plus another $10 in upgrades.

After giving up 50% in the eventual divorce, I should have about 4500-5000/mo of passive income.

Yeah at this point, I just need a change where I can start over, get back to being in my best physical shape, and maybe (if I'm lucky) have a Asian GF or even a hookup once in awhile. I'm so burned/hurt from my marriage ending that I don't want anything serious for a long time (maybe forever).

I'm going to start doing a lot of research on Condos and what it takes to buy one. $150k is cheap for what is shown in those photos you posted. Hell, just living there on a short term visa for awhile would probably be a good start....

Thanks for giving me some hope that there is still life to be lived in my mid 40s. If it's okay, I may send you a PM about Thailand topics in the future or I can just post a thread.

You'd be a hot commodity. Thailand is a very conservative culture. despite the "live and let live" attitude, ladyboys, prostitution (the last two are deeply rooted in Thai history and not seen as shameful in any way). My Thai female friends tell me of all foreigners, American guys are seen as gentlemen compared to the rough handling they get from others,

Stay out of the bars. Just get there and focus on rebuilding yourself. The availability of women to men is off the charts, and the vast majority aren't the "gold digger" stereotype. Don't bring her back to the US though, that never seems to work out well. There's a huge expat community ready to welcome you, and within short order, other guys wives will start setting you up on dates.

what goes on in the bars?

It's not uncommon for newly arrived, post divorce western men to quickly fall into a cycle of cheap booze fueled depression, becoming terminal alcoholics, and/or savvy bar girls milking them for every dime and engineering their deportation if they become troublesome. It's important to quickly establish a healthy daily routine right off the bat, make friends, stay fit, etc.

Plenty of youtube vloggers demonstrate how it's done.

Nice, coakroach infestation included or its extra fee?

Tracy, why are you charging $200 for 5g of 5Amino raw, international, but $120 for 6g of 5Amino in 100x 60mg tabs, domestic? Are you going to adjust your raws pricing?
