Just keep in mind that generally, all BP meds take 2 weeks or so to realize the full effect, and sides are front loaded for the first month. After that sides usually disappear since the body recalibrates, clamping down on certain vessels to ensure, for instance, the brain gets enough pressure to offset fatigue and micro vessels in the extremities stop leaking excess water. So patience is needed and long term, consistant use is best. Upping the dose on cycle is fine, but hopping on and off completely should be avoided.

Did anyone's package stopped moving after clearing customs/delivered to local carrier ? It's been sitting there for 11 days, I don't see any reason why it shouldn't move to next stages, since it was cleared by the customs.

The guidelines offer standard starting doses for adults, regardless of BP, unless it's very high. For Telm it's 40mg, then an adjustment up or down as necessary.

Response varies widely which is why they don't say "use x dose to lower pressure x amount".

But, in the clinical trials, the mean amount of reduction for telm was:

20mg 7/6
40mg 9/7
80mg 12/8

For Telm/Amlodipine (Twynsta)

40/5mg 27/18

Cialis is for pulmonary hypertension. Not regular hypertension

You may hold a little water with Amlodipine. It takes a while to kick in so I take 5mg 2x day.

Normal. Mine does that often. Carrier takes it's time to move to usps even when it's just down the street.

UGL is synthesized, resulting in small differences that make the peptide appear less natural to the immune system, and when they degrade, as all peptides do, the degradation products are different. And all BP meds are cheap, there's no excuse. 5 months worth for $20 is hardly rare, even for the "combo" ARB/CCB class BP meds, the gold standard first line treatments now. Much better than a higher dose single med.

The Rich would be okay, as will be the homebrewers/stockpilers. For those that argue about $10 vs 15$ shipping, It will be back to the good old days.. when everything was rosy and peachy. When needles were picked from dumpsters to be boiled and reused, and multiple discarded vials of gear were rinsed, and the salvaged gear mix was seived with a handkerchief and decanted and injected. Of course we won't use CDs or Magazines to code gear. We will have Uber-gear and Gear-dash.. open to a select few. Tracy would be a thing of the past... I added Amlodipine 3-4 days ago and I’ve had moderate insomnia. But I also added low dose NPP 1 week ago and both cause insomnia for some users. If it persists I’ll drop NPP first and see if it improves
