Just like with every other thing. If you go back to eating like shit, you'll regain the weight.

Some studies show with relatively modest diet & lifestyle interventions, post-GLP1 weight regain can be attenuated.

But you gotta use the time on drug to establish better lifestyle habits.
IMO its much easier to establish healthier eating habits and some cardio (weight loss) vs. weight gain) healthier eating habits, making consistent time for the gym, lifting heavy, paying for more food, etc.

Don’t forget, Tirz is down to $30-50 a month. Since you will likely save way more than that in food costs, it can easily be a lifetime med. You can even do a PCT with Cagri, and then restart at much lower doses and still get a good effect. Plus Reta seems to improve so many biomarkers, it might be the closest to a miracle drug we have ever seen.

Please explain these physical requirements that make losing weight easier than gaining. Maybe physically locked in a cage with no food?
Well for one you need money for proper food. Think about how much a body builder spends on healthy food vs a GLP soccer mom. Food isn't free.

You can’t say mental aspects aside. That is the most difficult part.

Food addiction is one of the toughest addiction to overcome because you can not abstain from it. Imagine telling a coke addict that he is only allowed 3 lines a day and no more.
I mean there are mental aspects on both sides - Imagine telling someone who throws up after each meal they have to double there food intake and not throw up? I'm not denying they don't exist but those are subjective no? Who am I to say the mental aspects of anorexia are worse than obesity?

From a physical standpoint - it requires more to gain. Mental is subjective.

Some people deal with addiction better than others but the neurological pathways are not subjective. They become strengthened over time and correcting them takes time too.

The best way to cure addiction to something is give them another thing to get addicted to that is stronger

Fuck yeah it is!! Loosing weight is so much easier!! It’s hard as hell to shove all the food I need to grow, especially if it’s healthy food!
I think it was about gaining weight in general not trying to gain lean muscle mass. As someone who gain 100lbs in 9 months and then lost 90 of it in 13months (no glp) I can tell you losing is 1000x harder than gaining and anyone who thinks otherwise is a stupid mother fucker.. imo

I lose weight whenever I back off from lifting, but my body composition is always worse.

I think the starting point is the key factor. Being overweight and unhealthy, and then trying to create the habits to get the fat off is obviously way harder.

Having a decent body composition and trying to lose fat or gain muscle, has more to do with an individual’s metabolism and how badly they want their goals.
