Readalots Enhanced Testing

I did a small order with matrix for the TC Premium. All I have to say is OMG, dealing with him compared to the Chinese vendors in this board was refreshing. I've never delt with Stan or any other domestic here.

The package arrived in a small USPS flate rate box. Vials were vacuumed packed, wrapped with paper and put in the box.

Vials were shipped the same day as the payment was made and arrived in 2 days.

Since this is for trt, I haven't pinned it yet but I really hope this premium (enhanced testing) line catches on!

Those of us who made it out of our parents basement will happily pay the small additional cost for the additional piece of mind.
Careful, @readalot is about to cum.

All kidding aside, congrats on finding something that makes you feel more comfortable. Ultimately, that is what we are all doing!

Narta, whyyyyyyy?
Couldn't help yourself, could you?

I have a little thing for you, cheri:

I personally don't have problem with the in-depth testing of things. It gives insight.

Cute.

He didn't spam/ask for anything/bothered anyone.
He just paid extra for the piece if paper he wanted to have.

Even if you think it is useless/pointless/whateverelseispissingyouoff, how does this disturb you?
What it this about, if:

M eagerly waiting for your reply, which will make my Sunday so much better.
If only you knew how much better...
Hope you are having a good day off, but not so good that you will end up forgetting to answer me.
Okaaaaaaaay?

Cause I dislike ghost/throwaway/duplicate accounts

What I do have problem with, is the forum-wide constant spamming for it. I get the idea, but the realist in me knows that it's not something that can be forced upon the vendors.
Sounds like you are being defensive, "its not something that can be forced on me, so stop trying" "you can't make me"

Also, I've noticed a lot of chinese sources refer to things they don't like as "Spam"
Trying to make me advocate for enchanced testing, especially when the initial results showed that there is no problem with the products
yeah you just wanted everyone to take those initial results and shut up.
Let me help you see things from my perspective:

Login to Meso, hit New Posts.

Start reading.

First thread, a source thread, after a few posts there comes the unwanted spamming fart:

"Marcus, how about HPLC, GMS, Sterility etc etc"

You scroll down, and after 10 posts same post

You go to the other vendor threads. Same thing.

After a couple of days, it gets really annoying. Thread for China crackdown shenanigans, here is the white knight and his testing.
You make this sound this is your job and he makes things more difficult for you.
After a few days of dripping info about the enhanced testing results -for added interaction, the results show, no negative aspects. What does that do? It makes him start a new argument about isomeres. If that doesn't pan out, I bet he will go full circle and we will hear again about the need to force raw manufacturers to Jano test their products or else...
you're mad he keeps moving the goalposts on what you have to do.
But not everyone should get a free pass of being a spammy little cunt in order to masturbate his ego. He will be met with the appropriate response: fuck off.
I agree, this applies to you.

You think this has to do with @readalots ego, which means this is personal to you, because he keeps attacking your product which hurts your ego.

you're the only username who thinks pushing for higher quality standards is spam. Why would someone who injects gear not want other gear users to have better product. you're the only username whose motivations do not make sense, trying to make people turn on someone actively advocating for the AAS community to be safer.
Who doesn't want their fellow gear user to have safer gear?

probably the same people who have no qualms about poisoning their own people for a buck

Have only had one account here, no COI, and I ask no one to post here or anywhere else on behalf of the initiative.

Well, someone thinks this is an alt or sus account.
I wrote your name just so see if it elicited a response.
I know you don't need to do such things.

To be fair, I looked at the post history and it is a little weird.
Narta was not wrong, there.

He has not replied, yet.

Sorry for being new and having a fresh set of eyes to assess the current situation. What I see is readalot dragging everyone forward by himself for everyone's benefit.

I assume this also happened the same way when the vendors were pressured for purity testing. Knuckle draggers resisted because it might add 50 cents to the cost of a vial.

uhh - I missed the memo about this requirement.

There is a window/box on the screen with the message when you sign up. Not enforced as far as i can tell but definitely appreciated and a respectful approach for new members when they make their first post.

You may be "new" but self assured in the way you go about navigating the aas world.
I read in your intro that you have already purchased from various vendors featured on Meso.

However this, from you:

Finally, the knuckle draggers are gone.

Is not really the case and not really fair, either.

They are allowed their opinion, the same way you are.
You may not like it, and viceversa, and sometimes things get a bit heated, but it is a space that embraces and allows everybody.
That is why both Readalot and his detractors are able to express their thoughts, freely.

Sure, I get that and fully agree. My one question might be: This is a thread about enhanced vendor testing, at what point does the constant sharing of their negative opinion become trolling with no additional added value?

It is only through discussion and exchange of opinions that things evolve and move forward.
Any idea that is featured here, or anywhere else, should be the object of scrutiny and questioning.
The back and forth of pro and against does just that.
It gives space, breath and exposure to the topic, if nothing else.
Serious, humorous, sometimes childish interactions are all part of the game.

And if you think anyone against it is just "spamming", you can push back against it by proving that the point you are making is valid and how it is so.
The same goes for them.

Everybody will be annoyed at anyone providing oppositional thinking.
But it's just the way it goes.
This is not about cancelling anybody.

Despite the vast majority of the forum being against the agenda here and its spokesman (as pointed out by the owner of this site), this project is continuing and, hopefully, gaining some momentum.

I personally do not see contrasting responses as negative.
In their own way, they have always been justified.

Hmmm, not sure we have the data to support that conclusion.

Here's what the owner said:

Even more impressive is that you accomplished this without community support. You often faced extensive community opposition along with sources and their loyal sycophants at every step of the way. Well done.

I think we'd need some additional polling designed with appropriate statistical power before any meaningful conclusions could be made. Not clear to me with so many apparently on the sidelines. Clearly some vocal folks on both sides currently.

As always, thanks for sharing your thoughts. And to your point I'll continue on with the mission regardless of its perceived popularity since I believe it is the right thing to do and that folks deserve another option. Some folks have spoken out and agree. That's more than enough for me.

Spokesman? Definitely need one of those in the age of social media marketing. Don't have one yet :). You don't want me at the podium.

But that's it.
Most people have not been supportive of this and have been vocal in their opposition to your "spamming" threads.
Narta and Spiff were deffo not the only ones saying that but they were amongst the few that articulated their opposition, unlike many others that just swore at you or came here to call you bubble boy.

I told you, privately, that running a poll to gauge interest amongst member was something I thought should have been done, if only to stop the constant pushback you were having, which created an unpleasant environment for everybody.
This topic has been very divisive.

I appreciated everyone's input in this.
It has changed and/or informed my thinking about it.
But yes, there has only been a handful of people who have given it their time, whether in favour or against.

You started a poll asking people why they are here, why they have joined.
I liked the idea and it is a shame more have not responded, yet.
Maybe needs a bump.

But a poll about your testing proposal would have probably been more significant, for your purposes.
You need to bring people together, for this to be successful and popular.
Regardless, you being praised for engaging with sources on your own and managing to get them involved was certainly fair.

Thanks for the reply.

So what?

The goal is to hold all of them accountable for their products/services and pressure them to reduce potential harm in any way possible.

You definitely did recommend a poll as you said. Perhaps one thing Spaceman said was helpful. At this point I probably need to step back and do less so others can do more. I don't need to do more. The idea is there and more iterations to come. The community needs to step up if interested in moving the bar further. You encouraged me to involve others more. I've got some ideas to do just that. Thanks again.
