**UPDATE
I skipped my Tamoxifen dose on Saturday and then reduced to 2.5mg Sun Mon.
I'm feeling really good this morning with some libido stirrings and woke up in the middle of the night with some sexual thoughts.
This is such a balancing act but I think 2.5mg ED may be a better balance for me. Last week I did 5mg ED and I was feeling moody and no libido even with decent errections.
150mg clomid is apparently equivalent to 20mg tamoxifen.
Therefore, 37.5mg clomid is equivalent to 5mg tamoxifen which is still a high daily dose.
So im comfortable with approximately 2.5mg tamoxifen (~ 18mg clomid) per day.
Gonna try 2.5mg ED this week.
I'm thinking if I feel better on this then I could do 2.5mg M-F and then take weekends off.
I definetly feel better on this dose than the 5mg dose.

It seems if I dose 2.5mg it doesnt stimulate my pituitary as much as 5mg because I felt low T towards the end of the day today and then I reupped with 2.5mg few hours ago and I feel better. Tamoxifen definetly boosts my endogenous T it's just figuring out the proper dosing and dosing interval to maximum benefits and minimize sides.
It sort of reminds me when I was playing around with gel doses *5mg/7.5mg/10mg and I had to trial and error it for almost a year to figure out that 5mg/2.5mg (on workout days) worked best for me. That protocol worked for a few years really well until the gel stopped absorbing.
Even with the tamoxifen I want to make sure to keep my pituitary sensitive to it so I have to take occasional breaks and/or cycle it.
Will continue the 2.5mg ED experiment this week but will most likely go back to 5mg EOD next week.
I will draw bloods after two weeks on the 5mg EOD protocol to see what my levels are.
I feel waaaaaayyyyy better on tamoxifen and horny goat weed for libido versus how i felt on the gel only or injections.
On Tamoxifen,
My workouts are better
My physique is better
My mood stability is better
I feel healthier and more centered
Errections are good
Testicles hang nice and low
My loads are better lol TMI????
The only thing "missing" is libido but horny goat weed helps with that. I picked up some of the 60% extract online and it helps.
All i have to do now is figure out the proper dosing/interval for Tamoxifen (for me) and I will be set!

Feeling pretty good on the 2.5mg tamoxifen per day.
This seems to be a lot better dose for me on a daily basis versus 5mg.
I could probably do 5mg EOD or 2.5mg ED. Those seem to be the best options.
I kind of like the DAILY stimulation/testosterone boost I feel from the 2.5mg ED.
However, if I did do this I would do Tamoxifen 2.5mg M - F and then take weekends off.
Just to give my body a bit of a break.

Since adding horny goat weed libido has picked up bit too and having occasional sexual thoughts but this is the least good part (libido) but libido wasnt great on TRT either. I've deccided to just say fuck it to libido it's too difficult to try to figure out lol

Reducing Tamoxifen to 5mg EOD this week after 2.5mg ED last week, 5mg ED the week before. I am hoping to do this for a few weeks and then just discontinue it and see if the levels hold. They probably WONT but I think I should give my own body a chance and see where my natty levels end up. And also how I feel with absolutely nothing.
I know the answer is "not great" lol but it's also "not horrible".
I just want to see how I do without the Tamoxifen after taking it for almost 6-8 weeks straight.
