So it seems everyone wants to post simple shit like : what's everyone's experiences with _?
Then a wide array of thanks for answers that 'the internet' has with a few clicks (maybe 5 minutes or less of searching for answer and not delving into any any deep benefits of said product)
So here it goes... Huperzine a.
First found out bout this from ProM when looking to optimize ghrp usage. Huperzine a increases acetylcholine by decreasing acetylcholinesterase (which depletes choline (brain fuel)).
Selank can give me a headache and strait choline supplements are even worse for me. Not sure if some strait choline supplements don't cross bbb as well and that has something to do with it or not. Selank at half dosage as semax seems to be tolerable. So any more good info on this would be appreciated. Cdc choline was alright and alpha gpc was better but back to huperzine a...
Only major benefit I noticed was when stopped taking I noticed that when had a:
A -> B -> C process I had more times when I would have a: I need to go to do (B) I would go from spot (A) to spot (C) to do (B) I would... On days took huperzine a I wouldnt get stuck at (C) and forget what was purpose (B).
Example:
Damn my feet hurt like shoes all tight like around me toes (wow this ghrp must be working and making my feet grow bc my shoes feel tight and toes hurt... Naw look at these talons need to cut my toenails)
(A) = Pain in toe guys
(B) = Need to cut toenails
(C) = Go to bathroom to get clippers
I would get to the bathroom and forget what was in there for
(A) -> (C) to accomplish (B)
When on huperzine a wouldn't have this issue as much and only noticed this when would occur more often when didn't take huperzine a.
So that's a noticeable convenance that made me want to research more on these type of positive brain function supplements ( green tea extract eccg helps shuttle the huperzine a so get more out of it). Im good at giving horrible examples ha
But anyone have other good positive brain function supplements to consider along with better examples of how helps them in everyday life (which would help gym / growth / etc) bc this is a lifestyle and not just a gym tag bc want a place to hang out at.
