Currently 21 and never competed before.

Have been with a good coach for 7 months now and I’m currently mid offseason push. I will post the pictures of that transformation below.

I’m only 5’5 and I’ve always looked up to Shaun clarida and Lee priest bc of there heights.

Currently stuffing my face and doing very high volume workouts.

Looking to continue this log until I compete hopefully next year or so.

Picture shown is 168-196. Right picture is current

Food has been pushed up even more. Never knew I would be able to handle this amount of food, but the best bodybuilders are the ones who can eat the most. The push continues!

Just did quads yesterday and it went like this
Leg Extensions- Get 2 warm up sets of 25 reps. Toes pointed up neutral. 4
Working sets of 20 reps, on last set TWO dropsets dropping 20-25% each time to
FAILURE *F
Barbell Squats- 5 working sets. 20/15/12/10/8. On your last set, you will do a
DOUBLE DROPSET TO FAILURE. *F
V Squat Plate Loaded- 2 warm up. You will do ONE all out set to all out failure of
30-35. Rest pause if needed to hit the reps, leave nothing in the tank here. *F
Hack Squats- 4 Working Sets- 20/15/12/10 *F
sets.
Leg Press- 2 Sets, 30 reps.
Standing Calve Raise- 5 working sets of 12-15,

Yes I can if y’all would like.
Right now my short term is to continue to bulk but stay lean. I’m currently in college as a senior. After college is when I’d like to compete. I’ll share diet below

Nvm don’t wanna copy and paste what my coach has me eating. Then I feel like I’m giving out what I pay for for free yk
Understood. He'll probably let you post macros, pro, carb, fat, and calories, though, if you ask. I understand either way.

Those two pics are almost 30 lbs difference? Awesome work. Looks like you gained almost no fat.

What was your cycle like?
