Gotta agree with Doc. I know ive never run shieko, but my last program I was sneaking in on days off in the beginning. Halfway through it was killing me so I had to give up and stick to what the paper said
I'll be alright with block 29 and maybe some of block 30 but it won't be doing much beyond that point. I've still been doing 6 days a week right now. Once I get into double squat double bench days it'll take every second I can get to recover.
