I'm just being very cautious at the moment. I want to make sure it's healed and I don't keep pulling it. I can afford a week or 2 now. 10 weeks out that will be detrimental. So in goons take my time and make sure it's healed up
 
Ok real quick. I have the powerbeats2 wireless earbuds that have the hook over the top of the ear. Well my hook broke. They come with 1 year warranty through Apple. I took them in to the store and normal protocol is to send them in to be reviewed then fixed either by warranty or at the cost of the customer. The apple people said since you got them in February and it costs money to send them in just go grab a new set and we'll call it good to go. That's some pretty damn good customer service.

They still worked just the one side was loose. I was expecting to at least have to wait. They are the best ones I've had. I've been using the regular one with a cord and I hate those things. I'd rather go without

Ya I got the power beats 2 and the studio 2 wireless, such a better workout not dealing with the cord a lays being in the way

What's up Mel. I'm doing good. We do have the other thread to cover our training for this upcoming meet. My leg feels good AF as pain and whatnot but in still staying off of it. I came back a little to soon a little to hot and felt some tension so I backed off. Currently around 3 months out from the meet. I'm gonna hang tight for at least another week to ensure a full recovery because once I start back up I need to go hard and play some catch up. I'm confident as long as it's healed by week 10 I can do my thing and get to where I need to be. Still bench good I'm gonna be posting last nights WO up on the other thread shortly. Appreciate the check in. Glad to hear from you. How's everything going on your end brother?

Everything is going great. Haven't felt this good in quite a while. No injuries at the moment. Got up to 208. That's a BW PR for me. I felt very awkward so I went down to 202 and then 3 and a half weeks ago started a 12 week cut cycle. I'm curently at 196 which is only 6 pounds but my body must be recomping because for only being down 6 pounds I'm getting really lean. When I'm done with the cut my body will want to put weight back on so I'm going to use that and try to get up to 220.
I'm subb'd on the other thread. On page 10 currently and I'll be caught up by tonight. You guy's are doing a great log. Great idea.

That's awesome man. Glad to hear it's going good. My weight has been all over the place. I was up to a fluffy 217 for a bit but since my leg I've lost a couple pounds and now I started the fun stuff and cleaned my diet up a lot so I've been hanging around 205ish. I'm hoping in the next month to back to where I was one everything. Goals by the end are gonna be 565 squat 405 bench 585-600 pull. I'll be going to weigh ins at 198 so I'll be real lean come September
 
Alright a few updates. Leg feels great. Still gonna play it safe a bit and take it easy for another week ish. That leaves me a full 11 weeks. I'm consider doing the 10 week misc comp sheiko run. First 5 weeks is training and the 2nd is comp prep. I also have a good friend that is a national ranked PLing pro that has offered his assistance since he had some complications and can't lift for the time being. I've cleaned my diet up considerably and getting much leaner. I post a pic from Monday the 20th. That's the day the fun starts. If anyone wants details on what that fun consists of hit me up PM and I'll fill you in. Gonna be the biggest one for sure to date. Other news being off my legs this long they have lost some considerable mass which is driving me insane.
