2 scoops of whey(50g). 1 full banana. 1 cup protein. 1 ounce bag of cron worth of kale. 8 ounces vitamin d milk. About a cup of strawberries. 2tbs of safflower oil and 2tbs of grapeseed oil. Big ass scoop of ice cream. Flax seed cereal too about a cup

I always follow the Drs orders.

Better. All healed up. Starting a cycle that most will call crazy I suspect. I'm going full tilt with training, food, and gear. Going to log a journey that will last 20 weeks barring any injury. It will be rotating compounds in two 6 week and one 8 week rotation.

I hold no judgement. Cycle as you please. Lmao. Sometimes you gotta shakes things up a bit. I had to which is why I went with the PLing program. Well that was part of the reason. Consider me subbed even though it doesn't exist yet. Nothing better than seeing people better themselves for motivation
 
Forgot to mention that I actually did a few warm ups tonight and made a whole world of difference. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to so I was jumping right into working set and it was rough. I didn't do much. Example. Before each squat session I slapped 135 on and did like 6-8 pause reps just to get the blood flowing instead of jumping right into 230 for 5

Please share the dosages your tinkering with lol. Im a fan of big dosages an like to know what works for everyone an how high you all have been an what has worked best for y'all. This is one of the many reasons I like watching @Wunderpus cycle logs;) Theirs something about those Big Dog Dosages that make me excited lmfao:D:cool: Im currently 750mgTestwk, 400mgDecawk, 25mgTbolED till o run out. Loving it so far. Cant wait to run a Gram of each one of these days!!!!

@Docd187123 @brutus79. Gotta question for you guys. I won't be working out Friday for obvious reasons. Should I hold off on this entire weeks workouts and move it to next week or should I just do Friday's workout on Saturday.
