Rob's log part 2 (gonna take a crack at PLing)

That's actually a good idea. Once I do it once the right way it'll be a great help. I'm a pretty fast learner. Just have to find that stance that allows me to get my ass down.

I'm not the greatest at explanation, but I hope it helps. You'll just have to find your optimal position, might not be super low, but lower than you are now for sure. Record every set from the side and review it. You'll feel it when you get it, might only happen once in awhile at first, but it'll come. I'm still learning with sumo myself.

Measurements from 11/29 will be first number and 1/1/16 will be 2nd

Neck 18 / 19
Shoulders 54 / 54
Chest 43 / 44
Arms 17.5 / 17.5
Waist at pants level 36 / 35.5
Waist level at belly button 35/35
Thigh 26 / 26.5
Calf 16.5 / 16.5

I can tell I haven't been doing shoulders often or arms. But overall happy with the changes. muscles are holding steady of growing and waist seems to be going down

Great job knocking down block 29 Rob, looking good to , thick back and i dont know what your talkin about when you say you can tell you haven't been workin shoulders, you've got cannonball shoulders and your arms are lookin great to, so dont be so hard on yourself !!!
Block 30..... Here you come!!!!

I was talking about the size not gained lol. I good pretty good sized delts but I was talking overall mass

Arms don't need to grow they useless :p but seriously man looking great and your back is incredible thick, this is my aim to get to 200 at the same BF as you. Big inspiration man. Also what a beast for not missing a single rep in your block.

I'm with @Perrin Aybara on that if ou don't feel like you need a Deload go to block 30 your deadlift is fairly decent and it takes months on years to master it, I've been doing them for 3 years consistently 2 times a week and I'm only now considering them above average. Takes time man but you'll get it, you have the strength and the willingness to learn so once it gets dialed in the numbers you'll be lifting off the floor will be staggering

Appreciate the compliments man. If that's your I'm sure you'll have no issue getting to it. You seem like a determined person and that's a majority of the battle. Just stay consistent. I know arms are useless in the PLing world but 20s would be damn nice walking around lol. Before the program I was getting to about 19 or a little over on a full pump arm day. Now i don't get to curl unless I come in on a day off lol.

I get what you guys are saying on DLing form. I'll probably just jump right into block 30 starting Monday.

When you get finished with Sheiko there are powerlifting programs that'll allow for you to get in some arms and shoulders if you want.

Yea I need to do more research. I'm basically a PLing dummy. Pretty much everything I know about Sheiko (isn't much) Doc has told me. I'm sure there are plenty of programs out there that'll be good for me and my overall goals.

I choose Sheiko because it seemed challenging and I like to see how far I can push myself until I break.

I've never done a PL specific plan even when I WAS in to PL over a decade ago. I just lift progressively and it all falls in to place. To be honest I don't understand this sheiko stuff

There has to be a certain logic behind. I'm not a 100% sure what it is but I like what I'm doing for the most part.

The wrist wraps kind of look like my Titan ones except mine don't have left and right. That's the one thing I don't like about them because you have to wrap one different than the other.

The price is kinda ridiculous for wrist wraps honestly but SBD has a really good rep for quality so I said fuck it. I will probably eventually break down and get the knee wraps too just to see the difference but for now the sleeves seemed to be the most practical.

I believe mine were about $20-$30. Yeah, I have no particular attachment to knee wraps, they're a huge pain to get on actually, it's just the lack of meets in my area. That fed is the closest and they offer tested and untested as well.

I will say that I got my stuff from andersonpowerlifting and their shipping is 1 day priority for only 10 bucks.
