I just happened to have a few free mins at work today and started checking emails and saw some of the deals and said fuck it. If I'm gonna pack on a solid 20 pounds I need to get my food game right and add a second shake in.

Now its a good thing that you had a few free mins cuz they just saved you some money lol. The second shake will do ya good. Im going to start looking into making my own mass gaining shakes.

I did it over spring and summer when I was taking in 6000 cals a day for a while. I think I posted it up in my other log but it tasted amazing and got the job done. If I'm not mistaken it was over 2000 cals. I would split it up to make sure I got the most of it. I try not to consume more than a 1000 cals per meal.

I frequently consume over, and well over, 1000 calories per meal and I fucking love it :D

I do to an extent. I tend to do it more when I'm on a maintenance diet and depends on if I'm home or not. I hate when my body shuts down trying to digest all that food at work. Make a long day longer lol
 
I'm not saying I don't on occasion but with my job I can eat as frequently as needed and I never get that miserable stuffed feeling.

I understand completely. I've actually been fasting more and more during the mornings and usually won't start eating till lunch time which is why my meal size increased lol. I enjoy that stuffed feeling usually...I have been known to take it too far lol :)

I eat a shitload 700 cals and then lay down to sleep, Wake up just to eat and sleep right after again 3 times during the day cause I work nights. End up throwing up in my mouth 4-5 times and it wakes me up. It is horrible. I gotta watch I don't choke on that. :( ....just thought you should know haha
