Rodgerthat trying to pick heavy things up.

Man it's going pretty well right now everything is lining up my diet and training have been on point the whole time so making good progress. I tried out wunderpus back workout yesterday and rererebroke my finger 3x in 2.5weeks so I'm going in when I can to get new X-rays cause I can't even hook grip right now and it hurts all the time. I've bought a finger cast that I'm using all the time except the gym I just tape cast it cause the finger cast makes it too hard to grab the bar. Besides that getting leaner and stronger so can't complain.

Maybe a bit of a side note for those that don't follow the confessions page, this is going to be my final cycle until I've had kids just to be safe, I've always wanted kids and I care more about that then gains. Currently don't even have a serious gf so it'll probably be another 3-4 years unless my pull out game isn't good. Once I've popped a couple buggers into the oven though I'll be blasting and cruising for the rest of my days.

As for kids after being juiced. Quick story, the wife and i were trying to have another kid bout ummmmm.... Well a while ago, and we werent having any luck. Since i had been cycling off and on for years i figured i had killed all the little buggers. Long story short, i got my sperm count checked, and as it turned out the doc told me i had an extremely high amount of little swimmers compared to the gen pop. Super sperm if you will:D. Moral of the story, i think youll be fine.

I definitely know a handful of guys on meso that were in a heavy cycle when they put the bun in the oven and another 5 or so that did it on TRT, so it is possible for sure I just don't want to take a risk like that just in case cause that would be worst case scenario in my life not being able to have kids. Really think you are gonna dig WP back workout for traps and rhomboid I don't think I've ever had a better workout so sore but I'm walking around with perfect posture because of it, if I slouch it stretches and hurt :oops:

Me and my doctor came to a compromise, I'll wear the finger cast from now until it's healed and she won't get mad at me for breaking it 3x in 2 weeks doing exactly the opposite of what she told me to do. This is already making things difficult though (thank god ya removable so I can fit my hand in my lacrosse gloves still and can grip a barbell) but other then those two things I'll be wearing it for the next 4 weeks.

Plus side no surgery required!

Took one for the team last night and jumped infront of the net when the goalie was down and took a zinger to the back, it's making it extremely difficult to tighten up my back so gonna see how my deadlift session starts out today but may have to call it. I'm also volunteering as a sporter for provincials today and tomorrow for powerlifting event so hopefully this won't be a problem for hand offs and catching someone's missed squat attempt.

PS that's no flex in my back so I'm digging the recomp on this cycle.
