Good lifting weekend hit 475 deadlifts 4x3 very easily I considered an AMRAP but I wanted to AMRAP weighted pull ups so I did that, BW+35lb after 4x5 I got 10 strict reps and the 11 rep I cheated so we ain't counting it. I'm weighing in at a fairy constant 197lb in the morning and 203lb at night eating 300 surplus lift days and 800 calorie deficit no lift/cardio days. Leaning out nicely and getting some nice veins, I'll have another full update on measurements with a picture July 1st, I'm keeping a detailed personal log for this run as well with all my measurements and calorie breakdowns with macros and even meal timing which I don't so much believe in but read some articles and just testing it out as I never feel the need to eat right now so it's kind of nice to have a time I'm suppose to eat to make sure I hit my calories.
Also doing hookgrip with heavy deadlifts is a lot more pain then expected, 475 when I initially pulled the first rep I backed off because of pain but taped my thumbs up and still got all my reps in with it, I like the symmetrical feeling of the pull in hookgrip I think I can engage my lats better during the pull.
Pinned my left quad today though and hit a serious squirter, we are talking projectile pulsing blood shots. I knew it instantly as the pin started filling with blood without even aspirating as there was some pressure behind that baby. My buddy that's renting me a room was kinda pissed the bathroom looked like a fucking horror scene and I wrecked some towels. So I pinned the other quad and all good
Side effects so far from cycle, getting a bit harder to sleep but my insomnia sleeping pills do help that. I'm getting some acne nothing major by any means just a couple pimples on my chest and one on my lat. facial hair is growing in faster usually I'm a shave every second day kinda guy and can get away without the female complaining about it pricking her face but now it's gotta be every day

Upper chest which was weird for me cause I don't have any back or chest hair. Slight gyno but I'm controlling it, may bump up my AI pretty quick here but I'll wait for my bloods in July to see for sure as I'm already using a lot but this is my first time using so much test (750mg *hypothetically*)
Positive side effects: strength is through the roof so much so I've contemplated lowering dosages because I know I can push and lift way more but my tendons and joints aren't on the same page. Labido is strong and I'm still able to finish every session, last run with tren it was every 3rd or 4th time I'd get off.
Currently have no dabilitating injuries that are effecting my lifting, I'm managing my broken middle finger just fine the only downside is no forearm isolation work but I can still deadlift and do pull ups so that's the better forearm work anyways. Going in for an MRI for my back as I injured it years ago but I'm getting some impingement causing numbing and short burst of electric like pain but once again not stopping me from lifting anything so all good there.
