I'd go for 495x6 next week, 525-530x4 the week after, then 565x2 the third week. Or a mild deload the third and 565x2 the fourth.

In my opinion a set of 8 isn't a reliable indicator of a 1RM on deadlift. Nothing like what the 4RM or 2RM will tell you. I do like me some high rep deads at times for gains, but the max calculations are highly inaccurate.

With all that said, 465x8 is a killer set. Congrats on the gains lately. I'm confident you'll pull 585 in September.
 
I want one of these. I saw another guy pick up a 45 plate by just the center...I want to do it.

It's the only lift we are legitimently even at so I'm gonna make sure that isn't the case come September I need to steal one from you unless it takes away you getting a 3/3 record cause I'm not eligible to hold records anyways.

Ya that's why I've given the estimate between 565-585 ight now, next week I'm on working sets of 475 and deficit deadlifts no AMRAPs till June 25th which will be a 495 AMRAP which I'm hoping will also be 495x8 to know I'm making progress in the way I want.
 
So few things, one I realize without meso I have no downtime activity. 2nd I forgot to pin this morning/didn't have time and my OCD is killing me because I pin MWF Monday morning Wednesday afternoon and Friday night... I know with long esters doesn't matter but that's not how OCD works!

Also don't know if you guys remember but about two weeks ago now I broke the top knuckle of my middle finger, very minor no big deal... Well I didn't want to wear the little finger cast thing so I've just been taping it when I need to grab things and I was wrestling with my dog and fell jamming it into the ground. Just got the X-ray back and I chipped a portion off that's now obstructing my finger from straightening full at that knuckles, but it's cool because I shattered the middle knuckle and it's crooked already so I'm use to that finger being fucked. Gonna make deadlifting and pull-ups interesting now though because I can't curl or uncurl it. Also I've already cut off the finger cast they gave me cause it was annoying :oops: I'm not a good patient

reminds me of a time when i broke my right hand in a fight the center part from the ring finger towards the edge/pinky side, and also then time i cracked my knuckle when i was shoulder pressing and i didnt get the last lift so i slowly started dropping and mu middle knuckle got caught in the V of the logo brand imprint of the rack and my knuckle just sank in there with the weight until i heard rice krispy cereal being mixed with milk. took off my glove, saw some pinched skin and continued my work out. I couldnt grip anything to save my own life so i finished with straps. took off my glove when i finished and my middle knuckle was 3 times bigger than the rest flashing red, purple and green bruises. fun times
 
So last nights workout was killer for those that don't follow the 5guys thread my bench has increased virtually overnight which is unreal. Was suppose to be a 260x 5,4,3,2,1 but made it a 5x5 it was so easy, this was no spot or lift off and with a lift off I can do much more as I stay much tighter in my back.
My veins are coming out even at my higher body fat levels (refer to picture on previous page I think I'm about 15-17%bf) caliber says 13.5 though. Also I have deep blue veins everywhere on my torso not sticking out but because I'm so pasty white I guess my skins translucent or some shit because it is really weird my lady friend was kinda freaked by it as it wasn't like that last week. I'm really digging this cycle a lot right now and sides are at a minimum besides trying to keep gyno at bay. Although my sleep and tren are currently in an argument for who wants to win, I use insomnia medication year round but usually at 1/4 the dose now I'm up to a 1/2 dose and probably going to a full dose next week if things don't get better.

Finger is definitely fucked it's separating anytime I try to move it outside of my make shift cast (tape). I'm also moving onto hookgrip exclusively for my deadlifts to try and fix the grip issue and a long ongoing issue with my back
 
How much are you weighing? Seems like every few pounds over 200 makes a huge difference on bench.

I'm still just tickling 200 some mornings I'm up to 202-203 but 5/7 days a week I'm at 198-199. I'm eating 300surplus lift days and 800 deficit non lift days trying to recomp slowely without compromising training
 
Played ball last night nothing too special, got a 4min penalty for well they were too sure so they just said a double minor for back check but it was a good shoulder to shoulder hit his the other guy lost and played out how hurt he was and cause the refs didn't see they just called whatever.

Today I'm starting to feel a bit more confident I guess? I don't know I'm a confident guy but more inwardly and now I'm more outgoing. Anyways example some dude left one of the largest plate messes after deadlifting then grabbed his bag and starting walking out the door so I jogged up to him and told him that he forgot to clean up his shit and got him to go back in and clean it. I also got caught checking out a 35y/o figure model and instead of being awkward and walking away I was able to have a full conversation, found out she's 3 weeks out from competition and that she uses albuteral but the big story here was her boob job which I can only describe in one way

General update

Cycle is going fine, var kicked in which is nice although test/tren haven't kicked in strength wise or filling me out at all its deffinitely helping labido and general wellness feeling. Nips are a bit puffy but no additional size to gyno and no pain so I'll just keep an eye on it I'm on 30mg rolax Ed and .5mg adex Ed probably going to go to .75mg adex Ed now that I'm closing in on 2 weeks since first pin. By the time week 3 comes around I'll be doing 1mg of adex Ed.

The top knuckle of my middle finger has a green line fracture on the inside of the knuckle making me not able to bend it fully but no cast or any real issues besides I'm not aloud to rock climb for 4-6 weeks.

today was my first fail on my 20 rep squat program with 260lb but it was a mental fail not physical so I'll be continuing on, I only got 13 reps but it's cause I had 7 hours sleep total since Friday morning so the mental grit just wasn't there.

Shoulder is feeling 95% but I did feel it a bit on my final bench set so did my incline bench real light and repped it out.

Fun fact of the day I pinned a new location, drum roll please...... Did 1.5cc into both pecs because @bhog is a crazy fucker and convinced me it would be fine but I was sweating bullets by the time I finished the second pin due to how nervous I was doing them. Super easy to pin them though I like spots that you don't have to twist to get cause I cramp up easy but I think I'll still be sticking to my tried and true quads even though 1/5 pins I usually nick a vein then lay in the bathtub in the feddle position ready to die with tren cough.

Fun fact of the weekend I acquired myself a new lady friend who is easily the most attractive female I've seen naked and is quite chiselled herself... Working on getting photos for you boys (and girl) but she's persistently modest in photos she takes insisting on wearing clothing :mad:

Good lifting weekend hit 475 deadlifts 4x3 very easily I considered an AMRAP but I wanted to AMRAP weighted pull ups so I did that, BW+35lb after 4x5 I got 10 strict reps and the 11 rep I cheated so we ain't counting it. I'm weighing in at a fairy constant 197lb in the morning and 203lb at night eating 300 surplus lift days and 800 calorie deficit no lift/cardio days. Leaning out nicely and getting some nice veins, I'll have another full update on measurements with a picture July 1st, I'm keeping a detailed personal log for this run as well with all my measurements and calorie breakdowns with macros and even meal timing which I don't so much believe in but read some articles and just testing it out as I never feel the need to eat right now so it's kind of nice to have a time I'm suppose to eat to make sure I hit my calories.

Also doing hookgrip with heavy deadlifts is a lot more pain then expected, 475 when I initially pulled the first rep I backed off because of pain but taped my thumbs up and still got all my reps in with it, I like the symmetrical feeling of the pull in hookgrip I think I can engage my lats better during the pull.

Pinned my left quad today though and hit a serious squirter, we are talking projectile pulsing blood shots. I knew it instantly as the pin started filling with blood without even aspirating as there was some pressure behind that baby. My buddy that's renting me a room was kinda pissed the bathroom looked like a fucking horror scene and I wrecked some towels. So I pinned the other quad and all good :p

Side effects so far from cycle, getting a bit harder to sleep but my insomnia sleeping pills do help that. I'm getting some acne nothing major by any means just a couple pimples on my chest and one on my lat. facial hair is growing in faster usually I'm a shave every second day kinda guy and can get away without the female complaining about it pricking her face but now it's gotta be every day :(. Got a few thick black hairs on my
Upper chest which was weird for me cause I don't have any back or chest hair. Slight gyno but I'm controlling it, may bump up my AI pretty quick here but I'll wait for my bloods in July to see for sure as I'm already using a lot but this is my first time using so much test (750mg *hypothetically*)

Positive side effects: strength is through the roof so much so I've contemplated lowering dosages because I know I can push and lift way more but my tendons and joints aren't on the same page. Labido is strong and I'm still able to finish every session, last run with tren it was every 3rd or 4th time I'd get off.

Currently have no dabilitating injuries that are effecting my lifting, I'm managing my broken middle finger just fine the only downside is no forearm isolation work but I can still deadlift and do pull ups so that's the better forearm work anyways. Going in for an MRI for my back as I injured it years ago but I'm getting some impingement causing numbing and short burst of electric like pain but once again not stopping me from lifting anything so all good there.

Man it's going pretty well right now everything is lining up my diet and training have been on point the whole time so making good progress. I tried out wunderpus back workout yesterday and rererebroke my finger 3x in 2.5weeks so I'm going in when I can to get new X-rays cause I can't even hook grip right now and it hurts all the time. I've bought a finger cast that I'm using all the time except the gym I just tape cast it cause the finger cast makes it too hard to grab the bar. Besides that getting leaner and stronger so can't complain.

Maybe a bit of a side note for those that don't follow the confessions page, this is going to be my final cycle until I've had kids just to be safe, I've always wanted kids and I care more about that then gains. Currently don't even have a serious gf so it'll probably be another 3-4 years unless my pull out game isn't good. Once I've popped a couple buggers into the oven though I'll be blasting and cruising for the rest of my days.
