Mine refused, too. Delts are easy at least, doing over 2cc in the glutes is kind of a pain, quads I won't even try. I think I'll pass on pecs, too.

I didn't think I'd ever do pecs but for a month Bhog was telling me how smooth it was and I was feeling manly this morning after my weekend so I went for it.... Feel significantly less manly afterwards I was so scurrrred

I hate to admit this but... someone posted that video of Bostin Lloyd a few weeks ago and he did pec injections in it. Ever since then I've wanted to try it because he made it look pretty easy.

Now with that said, he pinned suspension into his bicep also, which kept clogging the pin, and that shit made me squirm watching him try to push that in.. wow.

It is incredibly easy possibly the easiest place I've pinned but it's also the scariest ive pinned, for some reason the whole time I thought I'd twitch and it go straight into my hear (I know 1" pin wouldn't even make it let alone try and find that tiny thing but still scatty thought)

My last significant gf pinned me a few times but she hesitated like crazy putting the pin in just enough to break the skin then pulling out its like she was getting me back for putting it in her and pulling out to tease her the night before :oops: but seriously having your significant other to pin glutes for you is amazing!
 
So I'm logging all my workouts in the 5guys thread and going to be using this as just my daily shit of what's extra outside of normal training.

My cycle is going good starting to notice the compounds a tad bit and have a few more veins coming out to play. I'm trying to hold 200lb even and hopefully just recomp at this weight.

In other news has anyone noticed how stupid people are as of late? We usually just have a ton of people trolling but these people are just legitimently stupid I couldn't even comment on their threads. Today I read about a 21y/o that can't stay out of jail and has run 5 cycles and is 160lb at 6' I've read about a fat guy who crash dieted yoyoed back up in weight then dieted again and he thinks it's wrong that he hasn't gained strength while his friends have.... I read about how someone thinks that shocking your body makes you have a negative response and you don't adapt- guess we didn't evolve at all from foreign stressors.... And I read about an 18y/o that is running nearly a gram of tren and switching between test e and sust like they are interchangeable. These kinds of things I hate wasting my time reading and makes me want to quit meso but I'm addicted and tried to quit once and couldn't so I'll just complain about it here instead :p
 
There is a crazy amount of stupidity and trolling here lately. When you venture outside of the few decent sections here the intelligence level drops by like 80%.

It's both mind boggling and disturbing that these people drive cars, vote, reproduce and make any adult decisions at all really. Scary world we live in.
 
Definitely see alot of dur da dur shit on here. I always get ready to say something but usually just figure its not worth my time and just let someone else chew them out haha.

It's the same for me man I'll think about trying to help but then realize they probably won't listen. There's about 20-30 solid guys here that I read all their stuff and I tend to try and give advice to a few new guys a week and most people who PM me but some people I just read it and they are a lost cause
 
Yeah cuz most of them are just looking for validation for whatever idea they already have in their head, and if you arent twlling them what they wanna hear then they arent going to take any of what you say to heart, regardless of how good of advice it may be.

I only stick to certain threads now. If it turns dumb, I hit the back button. MAkes my Meso experience 100Xs better.

I need this level of self control in my life! Last month i wanted to quit because I read a 1000post thread about why geargoddess was the worst thing that ever came to meso... Wasted hours of my life reading shit. I'm here to learn so I stay in the nutrition and training section and when I've got lots of extra time I'll dive into the steroid forum to see if I can help out with anything that's about it. Oh and of course the cycle logs because logs are what make meso so great!
 
You better not quit here. You and a handful of others are my best motivation. Without you guys I doubt I'd have gotten a gym membership and would have still been spinning my wheels at home.

You posted that video of Ed Coan, I watched it and a couple others of his, got all pumped up, told my wife I'm going to the basement to pull 4 plates, and did.

We came upstairs, I picked up my phone and she says, "you're telling those meso guys you just did 4 plates aren't you?" I said hell yes I am, they're the biggest reason I did.

I'm too addicted to gainz to go anywhere and meso helps with gainz as you know. I'm glad we could be a part of your motivation and can help you grind to your own greatness. Road to 5 plate pull for you now brother!

So I'll start of with training related stuff.

Today I did my final day of the 20 squat program mainly cause I hate having to do 20 reps so I just went for a weight I wanted and see what I could get. Got 275x15 but my heart wasn't in it I mentally quit but plus side that puts my high bar squat at 455 and conservatively my low bar squat is 5% stronger but I think closer to 10% so possibility of my low bar being in the 475-495lb range which is beyond where I needed it to be at this stage in the game so I won't be testing that for another 6ish weeks.

Shoulders feeling good now did OHP with 135 and it was easy as can be and no pain.

None training related part.
Had the best hit of my lacrosse career hands down tonight, a guy hit our goalie while he was outside the crease and next shift he was getting a hail marry pass and he jumped to catch it. The second the ball touched his stick I was right there shoulder laid into his hip he flipped over me and dropped like a sack-o-patatos he got up with the help of 2 teammates but didn't return to the game. Nobody retaliated against me and I continued to be a wee tank laying out guys. This whole powerlifting thing has givin me unreal defencive skills in The laying fuckers out department.
 
Sitting on a pretty fucking high horse right now boys and girl. Just finished up at the doctor for my usual full check up making sure Ima healthy human being as per my deal with my doc for her guidance/allowance of me using AAS, anyways she sad I'm a specimen of health BP 104/58 Resting HR 52 BF%14 weight 200.8 full ROM in all joints beyond average flexibility and then some other stuff that will never be spoken of:oops: anyways she said she will do my mid cycle bloods this time (usually I'd have to travel 4hours to the closest place in the states) so that's cool and it's free. She was a bit concerned with how much AI I'm using but I know I need it, she also discussed if I wanted to get gyno surgery for my little module but it's like pea size so I don't really care and it doesn't hurt but the options there if I want to pursue it but unlike @Devika im not willing to take 6 weeks of training to make my boobs look better ;) lol
