Rodgerthat trying to pick heavy things up.

Well shit, just pushed 3cc into my right quad and shot was smooth as can be 23g 1" buried into it when I pull the pin out all of a sudden the oil seemed to jump out of the muscle and is now sitting in a ball between my fat layer and muscle it seems (totally guessing it's between the two layers I don't have X-ray eyes but how cool would that be) anyways doesn't hurt just don't like that there is a ball there and now my squats isn't going to help disperse that shit.
 
Today's workout:
High bar squats 135x8 195x4 250x20 135x10 95x10
Leg extensions 160 4x8
Deadlift 405 4x6
Stiff leg deadlift 225 3x6
Lat pull down 120 4x12
Back extension 4x16
OHP - not done to give shoulder a brake
Military press - not done
Added in shrugs to compensate for no shoulder movements
Shrugs 315 4x12 225x16 135x20
Stretch

Was fighting not to puke the whole workout because I'm trying a new type of Greek yogurt and it's upsetting my stomach but I made every rep.

Played lacrosse last night, my team seriously lacked the passion required to play in this league last night though. There was no heart on the floor and we got stomped because of it. I puked 4x and I broke 3 lacrosse sticks during the game while playing defense (cross checking is aloud in box lacrosse). Unfortunately being one of three guys on the team busting ass got attention from the other team and they got incredibly chippy I took some brutal illegal hits and 2 back checks into the boards one of which I braced with my right hand and I've either stubbed my middle finger incredibly bad or broken the top joint cause it doesn't move at all not even when I use my other hand to try and bend it. May have to use straps while deadlifting for my Saturday session if I can't fix this claw grip by then.

Today has been a complete rest day as scheduled and I've gone nuts, like a full rest day just laying on the couch or in bed no cardio no nothing. I hate these days, don't even have a lady friend right now that I can convince to come over :(

If you have a lady friend come over it doesn't count as a full rest day.lol:rolleyes:
 
How long is your cycle?
I need to catch up on that 5 guy thread. What a genius idea!

It's like 14-16 weeks longish preferably 14 but could possibly be extended to 16. It's got a fairly high weekly mg count for my self so don't want to go too long with 2.5g of gear a week
 
Another successful squat session
255x21 I'm terrible at counting to 20 apparently. Anyways this is the point in which I theoretically shouldn't have been able to do it as this puts my 1rm beyond what it is and this is high bar not low bar and my low bar usually has about 10% more to it. It was a good session but the mental factor is coming in huge, at rep 12 my body is telling me no more, rep 16 I'm ready to rack it 17-20 I feel like I'm going to pass out because breathing becomes difficult while wearing my belt after so many reps. I'm going to keep going on it though I really want 315x20 that puts me at an easy high bar 495 in sleeves so probably 525 low bar in sleeves.

Other note I'm a week and 3 days into cycle and finally feeling the anavar starting to kick in a bit and show some veins which is nice and the pump on leg extensions is pretty good. can't wait another 2 weeks for the test/tren to kick in to so I can keep crushing these squat sessions.
 
So today was suppose to be my rest day but I didn't sleep at all last night and I can't sleep now so I don't know if I should just do some cardio cause I didn't get any REM sleep anyways so not like my muscles are healing from my session yesterday or if I should just try to not move as much as possible all day
 
General update

Cycle is going fine, var kicked in which is nice although test/tren haven't kicked in strength wise or filling me out at all its deffinitely helping labido and general wellness feeling. Nips are a bit puffy but no additional size to gyno and no pain so I'll just keep an eye on it I'm on 30mg rolax Ed and .5mg adex Ed probably going to go to .75mg adex Ed now that I'm closing in on 2 weeks since first pin. By the time week 3 comes around I'll be doing 1mg of adex Ed.

The top knuckle of my middle finger has a green line fracture on the inside of the knuckle making me not able to bend it fully but no cast or any real issues besides I'm not aloud to rock climb for 4-6 weeks.

today was my first fail on my 20 rep squat program with 260lb but it was a mental fail not physical so I'll be continuing on, I only got 13 reps but it's cause I had 7 hours sleep total since Friday morning so the mental grit just wasn't there.

Shoulder is feeling 95% but I did feel it a bit on my final bench set so did my incline bench real light and repped it out.

Fun fact of the day I pinned a new location, drum roll please...... Did 1.5cc into both pecs because @bhog is a crazy fucker and convinced me it would be fine but I was sweating bullets by the time I finished the second pin due to how nervous I was doing them. Super easy to pin them though I like spots that you don't have to twist to get cause I cramp up easy but I think I'll still be sticking to my tried and true quads even though 1/5 pins I usually nick a vein then lay in the bathtub in the feddle position ready to die with tren cough.

Fun fact of the weekend I acquired myself a new lady friend who is easily the most attractive female I've seen naked and is quite chiselled herself... Working on getting photos for you boys (and girl) but she's persistently modest in photos she takes insisting on wearing clothing :mad:

What kind of pin did you use? I actually considered doing pecs today but I decided against it and went with the tried and true delt pin. Cramping midway through is a real bitch though.
I've only ever pinned delts. I wussied out on the quads the other day:(

Such a convenient location but some guys just don't seem to tolerate injections there... I'm one it would seem.

Delts and glutes are good for me, triceps are good for hcg and water based pins. Ain't broke, don't fix it I say. :)

Still jealous I can't do quads... :(

Only pins I got right now are 23g 1" so I use those for everything including my pecs today, didn't burry them like I do into my quads though probably only put 5/8ths in

Quads I hit veins and sometime twing a nerve but it's so nice to just sit down stab and call er good. I've got a friend who's practicing for her RN that wants to pin me and did on my first day but it's so inconvenient to just meet up for a pin, if I'm going to hangout with her or be in her area on a pin day I'll just pop in cause she can do my glutes for me and gives my quads a break lol

Tempted to see if my girl will do it... but I'm not sure which one of us would be more nervous about it lol. So yeah - not broke, dont fix it... I'll go ahead and keep doing my own pins.

Massaging the oil in my ass post injection she can continue taking care of though. :)
