Played ball tonight, some wind sprints and then coach pulled me aside to get me dialed in with my cannon arm, think he's gonna end up throwing out my shoulder with how hard he wants me to shoot but if coach says faster that's what I'll do. Got my shot clocked at 104mph hitting a 6x6" target board so faster then ever just gotta dial it in to a 4x4 and I'm golden.

Checking in. Been crushing my workouts past few sessions, started taking creatine and a few other supplements which might be aiding to the overall awesome feeling in the gym but who knows maybe I'm just in a groove been feeling great ever since I started pct couple months ago (completely off all AAS and SERMS at the moment though). Diet has been nailed every day except for yesterday when I had some cake in celebration of my mommas birthday. Currently doing a bit of a mix of bodybuilding and powerlifting and will continue this for 4-5 weeks then I'll design my peaking program for a mid September meet. Weight has been steady at 195 but I'm recomping nicely and gaining strength it seems. I'd like to stay in the 190s for the rest of eternity but it will be quite advantageous for me to get to a lowing BF 9-11% and just sit at that, probably 14-16%right now.

Been getting a lot of hiking in lately too for my cardio.
 
Feeling pretty shitty tonight. Played a lacrosse game and ended up hitting someone so hard that he took a concrete nap, legal hit but I didn't need to crank him as hard as I did I've just no hit anyone in a while and have a lot more force now then I did back then. To add on one of the guys teammates grabbed me for an ol tilly face off as you do when one of your boys gets rocked, it was a proper tussle helmets off gloves off square up then walk in, I'm not a fan of fighting and I hate people cheering for it But I understand it's gotta happen; was a three hit fight he hit me, I hit him then he hit the floor. Two guys down my first game because of me and I'm reevaluating whether or not I want to play anymore because that just isn't in my blood anymore, I thought I had the aggression for this sport but I guess I've become more docile with my time off.

I can't say exactly what league but it is a competitive men's league. We don't get paid but we have sponsors that pay for everything from gear to hotel and meals when out of town.
 
The last LAX game I played, a kid on the opposing team broke his neck. I have no idea what happened him either. Wasn't real good situation, he got fucked up but the majority of us thought it was cool shit. We were young and immature.

You'll feel better about the fight later on... Things can get nutty in the heat of the moment. No one got seriously injured and I'm sure you'll be back to playing no time.
 
Taking a few days off from working out and my diet. My hand is fairly sore and my knuckles are making a not so pleasant noise when I open and close it. going to do a 10% drop in weight for all my lifts starting Monday so I have 0 failed lifts going into my cycle and start my cycle with most of my lifts at 8RPE or around

Friend of mine was nervous about her nursing practicum and was nervous about injecting people so I told her she could practice on me (simmer down its platonic we been friends since we 3 y/o and she's been dating my buddy for 7 years) so ya spilled the beans to her that i juice and she was pumped.... So pumped she broke my 3cc shot into 6 .5cc shots.... Both delts both glutes and both ventroglutes. Whatever a steady hand doesn't suck so much, although glad she practiced because the first delt shot she had major hesitation tabs kept poking then not sinking it worried if she was in the right spot.

How do you like mast? I'm intrigued by what I read about it and I think that's the next thing I'm going to try out after this next cycle. Does it reduce your need for an ai any or increase the effects of test?

Ya don't know if you've read my log but powerlifting is probably the smallest aspect of it, mostly it's just stories and getting side tracked. Does remind me too though I'm currently not strictly powerlifting training.


History of recent lifting/ story time!
So I did a squat everyday thing to get my leg better did that for 63 days straight (brutal let me tell you) basically did a heavy day then a light day then heavy day and repeat, got up to doing 8 sets of 405 for singles and 365x3 for pause reps but started to get diminishing returns and stalled out so I'm not squating MWF working up to one set of 20
So currently I do
Warm up 135x8 185x8 235x20 135x10 95x10
Then the following session will be 240x20
I've completed 185x20 195x20 205x20 225x20 230x20 so today will be my 6th session on this. It ain't for the weak of heart I can tell ya that much for free at rep 16 last session I wanted to quit but I've told myself it's either muster up and do the fucking set or you get stuck in the bottom and have to dump it. I'll be doing this routine for another 6 weeks for the start of my cycle to try and get to 315x20 then I'll move back to working with triples.

If anyone is interested I can lay out my exact workout routine I'm lifting 5 days a week one day is just arms and abs so I can go to the gym, gonna hit cardio 4x a week too but the type I enjoy like swimming and hiking and mountain biking. Also can chronicle those adventures too, plan to swim across a nearby lake tomorrow morning if I still fit into my ironman wetsuit... Thing is a 1100 dollar wet suit and I've worn it for 4 competitions and nothing else because I ended up quiting the cardio life but if I'm small enough to fit In it I'll be able to do some cold water swims again

My need for AI is un parrelleled on this board I need .5mg Ed just on 500mg of test. It may reduce the need for if you are a good responder and don't convert to estrogen but I guess I'm a sensitive soul or some shit cause estrogen loves me. As for the mast itself I like it this will be my second run with it, had mast p in my second cycle and gave some pretty great veins and hardness as well as some extra lady pleasing abilities (I can take all of those I can get!)
