My need for AI is un parrelleled on this board I need .5mg Ed just on 500mg of test. It may reduce the need for if you are a good responder and don't convert to estrogen but I guess I'm a sensitive soul or some shit cause estrogen loves me. As for the mast itself I like it this will be my second run with it, had mast p in my second cycle and gave some pretty great veins and hardness as well as some extra lady pleasing abilities (I can take all of those I can get!)

I was using 0.5mg/day of Adex for my 500mg/week test cycle, too. That's why I'm curious about it if it could cut down on that. Plus the other benefits.
 
That sucks. Do you respond really well to test? I've been getting 10x on twice weekly pinning. Does that have anything to do with it?

Think that's more the quality of your gear. I've been running the same batch of test e for 3 cycles now and I've gotten 7x on 2/3 of those and the other one I didn't get mid bloods but I'm assuming 7x cause it's the same gear.

Is that about it as far as the mast? I was always kind of surprised to see you running it. I was under the impression mast was only really useful when you were in very low bodyfat range... but extra lady pleasing ability sounds worthwhile :)

Well I ain't very chunky right now and will be lean by the end of cycle (8-10% kinda thing if my math works out)

But main reasons I'm using mast are actually the extra rep factor. I find when using mast I've got an additional rep that I don't when using just test or tren plus the synergy between the three is good and helps with lean tissue growth, I'm trying to get to a lean 195 so adding about 8lb-11lb of muscle during the cycle. Being a DHT derivative gives all the same benfits of others in that family so ya the lady pleasing effect and veins and hardness all come along with it which is in my favour for sure as well. Not all of us have such amazing lady pleasing abilities such as yourself :(

Optional Saturday is when I've started my normal Saturday but the deadlifts are feeling heavy then I will just abandon that day and switch to the optional Saturday to give my CNS a break.

The weight used is subjective so I didn't include it but for the jyst of it, compound movements are 7-9 RPE excluding Monday and Friday's squat sessions the 20 rep squats are me going beyond what RPE can account for its a 100% mental thing. All accesory work is done at 6-8 RPE. HIIT cardio on Tuesday's and Wednesday's or swimming, then Thursday and Saturdays I will be mountain biking or hiking. Sunday's are completely off.

My alarm goes off at 5am regardless of what time I go to bed and I'm a slight insomniac so I got a lot of time in the day lol. I also don't work as much as I should lately, plus the workouts are more like 2 hours and 59mins including the warm up and stretch so not quite 3hrs
 
My fancy rock clock goes off at 4:35 that gives me just enough time to get the animals and me fed and me at the gym by 5:20 then I leave for work around 7 like a boss.

Shit man I did a week waking up on the rocks time but dude was in a different time zone I guess and I got woken up at 1:47am then I deleted it and just use my own alarm now. Like the commitment man, one of the first things in my old routine was morning fasted cardio with my pooch

Yeah I don't use the rock time part it bounces around to much.

You're a better saiyan than i. Earliest i get up is 7, i could get away with sleeping till 9 but i like having a couple hours after the gym to chill before work

Always been a morning person. I still get around 8hrs of sleep...well I won't tonight, I usually don't stay up this late...not since being married and having a kid. Now back in the day. Shit we'd Fuck the club, keg party, bonfire, hotel and the local IHOP up. No more drinking for me it fucks me up in the gym and sets my gainz back everytime.

10mins incline walk
Bicep and tricep SS work
Hammer curls/ triceps extension
Cable curls/ double rope pushdown
Preacher curl/ v bar pushdown
Bicep curl rack run 40lb-5lb / skull crushers ez bar rack run 95lb-25lb
Planks/ decline sit-ups/ leg raises/ mason twists/ crunches/ plank
Long stretch and then used my pulse massager on all major muscle groups for 15mins a piece total of 2 hours getting zapped and iced my shoulder to aid its recovery.
