Running check in thread

4th month in a row over 200
Need about 210 in November and December to get more than 2400 miles on the year, very doable!
Was gonna start a little cycle to help get squat and deadlifts to big numbers , but am going to wait until spring , picked out an ultra I want to run this spring so will try and do a little endurance stack for the training block and stuff

Bam!
5 month over 200
Not a great start to the year but finishing strong and looks like I’ll hit 2400 for the year so I ran on average 200 miles a month , super stoked on the high miles. I sadly haven’t been able to run fast Soto some foot problems I can’t shake, but I can run easy and it doesn’t bother me, hope to return to running fast soon. But gonna see if my foot could possibly hold up for an ultra this spring at the slower paces…

I'm here for the recovery peptides for healing ongoing running injuries or borderline injuries. I peak about 140 km a week with 4000 m elevation gain. Mainly run ultras. I like a 5k as well, working on my pb of 17 flat currently. Last week touch over 90 km. Doing the 3x sub threshold training per week for last couple months. Switch back to ultra training in couple months. Just a serious hobbyist.

Test is still gonna heal you up way better than any peptides but I get staying natural if you can!

I hear you. Bpc and tb are serving my needs currently, cleaned up a hip issue in 1 week that was there for 3 months ❤️. I'm spectrum and haven't run aas in 20 years so the planning to optimise test and pct would take more effort than I'm willing to put in right now . Do love running though, keeps me levelled.

I only ended up in this world because all the running I do was eating up all my test.
I have plantar fasciitis I can’t shake and haven’t been able to do speed work in a minute but think I might be able to do a zone 2 ultra on it , so think that’s gonna name my adventure heading into spring!

Hope you enjoy the journey! I can recommend the book 'Training for the Uphill Athlete' as a good guide to the ultra training world if you're interested. Fortunately my test is still there albiet lowish normal range. Hemat and hgb is shot though, too much pavement pounding apparently.
